The company I work for has an account with them, we spend a lot of money with them, and they don't know how to treat a "valued" customer. If I could give no stars I would. The guy then had the cheek to come out to my van and say I didn't want to help myself. Don't worry I will help myself; I won't come to you next time!

Kevin - so called Manager ????( not fit for purpose ) Phoned me this morning about Returns on going ......and On and On ( a year ) still not bottomed out
Started to shout down the phone at me .......i think he was having a Hissy fit or he was due On ..... so i cancelled the call and have blocked his number now .

Is this how a so called Manager deals with people ???

I have emailed his area manager and formally asked for this complaint to be documented and Escalated higher

Quick shout out to James in the Swindon Branch. He was very helpful, phoned me back when he said he would, offered advice and suggested alternative products to the ones I was seeking. I've made over 20 phone calls today to suppliers, James ranks no. 1 in customer service. Thanks.

Overcharged and mislead
I was struggling to find some lightbulbs, GU10 long barrel, cool white. My partner had placed an order with another retailer, but it was unclear whether or not they could get them in. I went into Edmundson at Slough Trading Estate, and saw Alex. Initially he seemed very helpful and printed off the page of a substitute bulb. He said they were difficult to get hold off, then said he could order if I placed an order for 10, and gave the impression that he was applying a discount. I therefore ordered 10, and paid £157 there and then; I felt I had no choice. The following day the Medlock in Chesham got them in - 2 for £22. My partner went into Edmundson to see if he could get a refund; he was told it would be a 25% carriage charge - which was not explained to me - which would have been over £40. So, I have ended up with more bulbs that I needed, and was overcharged. The other company charged £22 for 2, by comparison Edmundson charged £31 for 2. I felt that Alex took advantage of the fact that I was desperate to resolve this, and managed to make a quick buck out of me.... moral of the story: however much you want to find a solution, dont go to Edmundson Electrical, but go elsewhere

Excellent service from Edmondson Electrical, especially Andy Green. I ordered some light switches and, although one of them was a non-standard type, they were delivered in a couple of days
