They shared the docs within timeline. But when i went back asking for paper copy for name change they stopped responding. Kept saying we will share shortly. Not sure whether to give you good or bad rating. I am still struggling with this

This is the second time I am facing this issue with them. I booked a quick scan with them that I should have received 2 hrs back. I raised a support ticket and they said they don’t have my order. I sent the order no attached in the case - no response. I have called them at-least 30 times on both numbers. Nobody is picking up the call. Last time when delayed by a day they just simply said system was down, this time nobody even wants to respond

Extra paid for premium service - which is non existent.
2 hour premimum - fake - non existant.
E-signature premium - fake - They just scam money when no e-signing link is being sent to us.
Even after wasting time, EDrafter sent Birthday Affidavit of unknown person - while my document is Rental Agreement . Calling their customer service takes to Bangladesh phone scam people - as per the warning messages by JIO.

Promised 2-Hour Delivery Is a Lie – Order #119928

I ordered a simple 'One-and-the-Same Person' e-Stamp paper (Order #119928) on July 22, 2026, at 9:30 PM IST. What should have taken two hours turned into a complete nightmare.

I received nothing until I manually chased them down. Support was dismissive and claimed they were "on lunch break."
I requested a draft correction on July 23. They acknowledged it, yet printed and sent the stamp paper with the wrong details anyway.
And now, Seema Navin and the team are completely ignoring my emails where I am asking for a correction.
I am forced to post this review here because customer support stops replying once they have your money. Avoid this service!!!

I am very upset.I had paid half money on 18/06/2026 something like 6200. Today is 20/07/2026 still have only stamp paper has been made. I called today and after calling at least 10-15 times,the phone was picked up and they said that your name has been given for publication in the newspaper today morning tell me where should I get the newspaper from tonight.If I hadn't called today, I wouldn't have known about the newspaper add, and they didn't show me the details, no mail, no call. It's been over a month since they didn't register for Gazete notification. I have taken priority+ plan still I have to courier the newspaper rather they had said that you do not need to do anything.We will do everything done. But now Iam very upset.

they got my name changed in 30-35 working days as promised. I didn’t have to do anything apart from sharing my required docs. So I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Absolute nightmare of an experience. I placed an order for an affidavit (Order No: 618308) on 13th July, paying ₹1,037. The platform completely breached its explicit delivery timeline commitments. When I repeatedly followed up because no one was answering emails, an executive named Shubham Sharma answered the call with extreme arrogance, showing a complete "no need of business" attitude. He explicitly stated the work wouldn't be done on time and acted with outright hostility, actively forcing me to cancel my order.

To make matters worse, their grievance desk is entirely automated and incompetent. They repeatedly ignored my strict deadlines and sent three identical, copy-pasted boilerplate email templates to stall my money instead of taking accountability for their employee's misconduct.

I only received my refund after bypassing their support agents entirely, escalating the matter directly to the co-founders via public tracks, and threatening a formal filing with the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

Save your time, sanity, and money. Avoid eDrafter.in at all costs. Go to your local court or a physical notary instead—it takes 15 minutes, costs half the price, and you won’t have to deal with rude, unprofessional staff.

No response or reply on phone or email. Very poor service and bad experience.

Once you land up on Trustpilot, for edrafter.in, the first thing you see is that they are in breach of Trustpilot`s guidelines and a lot of fake reviews have been removed.

I paid for a 2 hour scan service for an affidavit on Monday morning in Mumbai and its 1 PM on a Wednesday but haven`t heard anything from them. Created a ticket , that got closed saying i will get it EOD Tuesday. whatsapp support says - they are for new queries only and phones are unanswered. They will neither provide service nor process a refund.

The service was very good.
I have interacted with Shubham Sharma. He was very helpful and gave prompt response in emails for all queries.

I ordered on 4th june and it received on 16th june . the courier service is not good . they said it will be delivered in 2-4 days . but it reached to me after 12 days. online process is good but delivery process is not quick.
