I have been using eDrafter Service for last two times for my flat's rent agreement. Every time the process is pretty smooth and customer care team assist to complete the work on time. This time Mr SUNIL CHAUHAN helped to complete the work and I thank him for his prompt response and assistance.

I paid for same day delivery in Pune. The document is still not delivered after 2 days. The person Soni Nirman is not even picking up the phone. Neither calling back. What about money paid?

I had initially approached another legal service provider who told me that my case was not doable due to documentation complications. That left me quite confused.

Order PCK1665 remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups via email, phone calls (always busy), Instagram comment, and LinkedIn message. No response from the team.

Closing tickets without solving the issue is unacceptable.

Consumer complaint has been filed.
