Hidden subscription information
The information indicating the 99.99 euros to be paid after the 15-day free subscription period was in a very small letter at the end of the document. I did not realize I was going to be charged that amount and the short period to reject the subscription.

Am annoyed and frustrated
Am annoyed and frustrated! I was surprised to find a £99 charge in my bank account for a subscription I was not aware of. Apparently I subscribed when taking a deal on a flight from London to Heathrow. I phoned eDreams on 23 August to request a refund. I was told this is not possible, but offered a refund of £50 and given a further subscription for another year! I will be cancelling this.
It was not clear when I booked the flight that I was being automatically signed up. I would not advise anyone else to get caught to this misleading reduced price!

I’ve submitted multiple complaints because I was NEVER able to check in online through eDreams before my flight. As a result, I had to pay check-in fees at the airport.
Your customer service explicitly told me by phone that these fees would be refunded and instructed me to submit a claim. I did — multiple times. Yet every single complaint has been completely ignored, with ZERO response.
This is unacceptable. It feels like a scam when it comes to refunding customers, especially when the issue is caused by your own platform.
