My agent was lovely. The difficulty involved with cancelling the Prime subscription was next level & would completely deter me from ever signing up for the membership ever again. Ridiculous. I’m very tech savvy & spent nearly 45 minutes navigating both the website & the app in an attempt to cancel before I gave up & spent 10 minutes cancelling on the phone. Like I said, the agent was lovely - the company & the obviously manipulative practices used to keep people paying when they don’t want to was disgusting

I purchased my flight tickets for the beginning of October with a layover, but the flight was cancelled because they could not provide a connecting flight. To this day, I have not received a refund for the tickets.
On the day before the trip, I had no choice but to buy three new tickets myself for our family vacation, as all our programs and the hotel had already been fully paid for. The immense stress and the significant amount of money thrown away completely ruined our trip.
To this day, I have not received either the refund for the original tickets or any form of compensation. The price of the tickets alone was €2,500, which does not include any damages or compensation.

I was charged unfairly twice the one year prime subscription and they never offered a full refund. They made the app and subscription very unfriendly for the costumer and you can be charged without notice. You can’t delete the credit cards relate to the account. It’s very frustrating and you feel stolen. I lost 150£ without any notice. I decided to eliminate my account and never never used Edreams again. For me, it was an enightmare. I was charged today 99£ for a prime year subscription again when I know I did everything not to be charged again, and I was. I cancelled today and they only refunded me half price and I can’t have access to any product. They offered me a voucher but the voucher I had to still access to prime membership and being renewed again. I was helped very quick and even got a voucher.

All I wanted to do was rebook a round-trip flight! The customer support—despite my Premium membership—is a total disaster! You can’t reach customer support in German at all, and while the staff in English do try their best, they just put you off with promises to call back later! Emails don’t include the promised link to make the requested change yourself! Payment links for rebooking a flight don’t work either! No other payment options are offered! Customer support offered to rebook the flight for about 25 EUR, but none of the payment links worked! I was then charged 110 EUR for the same thing through the eDreams app (where the payment suddenly went through)! In the end, I booked the second flight I wanted again, but this time directly through the airline and no longer through edreams! I’m going to cancel my subscription with edreams!

This is a scam that makes you accept an auto renewal which is very difficult to cancel and increases costs . Do not get yourself caught into it. I have ended up paying a further 2 years. This year, I found it hard to cancel online in the weeks before renewal and then when I missed the deadline by one day - the call handler was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund. He would not put me directly through to a manager and told me that I would be called within 24hours - but they never called back.
DO NOT GET DRAWN INTO THIS. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY.
