I ordered a Funko from ED'S GAMING EMPORIUM online back in October 2021. Initially, I didn't receive any updates, but when I reached out via email in February 2022, I got a prompt reply stating the item would arrive in April 2022. Unfortunately, follow-up emails were not responded to. However, after posting about my experience, Ed contacted me directly and provided a full refund. The ordering process on their website was easy, and Ed even went out of his way to source an unlisted title for me. The customer service is excellent, with Ed personally reaching out when needed. All in all, a great independent seller who cares about their customers. I'd definitely recommend checking out eds-gaming-emporium.com.

Ordered a Funko online with them Oct 2021, after not hearing from them with updates chased via email for first time Feb 2022 and received a prompt reply advising they should have it April 2022. After this reply any subsequent email chaser has been met with silence. All I want is an update or refund please...

Update 28/11: I was contacted by Ed after posting above and we were able to work out a solution and get a full refund. Though it took a while, I can't fault Ed once he became aware of the issue.

While I haven't received the product yet, the ordering was easy. Very straightforward process and the website was easy to move around in. All in all, if it's a good website, generally the company is good, so hopefully it's an apt rating!

Superior service from an outstanding small business! I've been shopping with Ed's Gaming Emporium for a couple of years now and I've been consistently impressed with their fantastic service.
Their prices are excellent, the shipping is extremely reasonable and everything goes out and gets delivered in a very timely manner. Also, their range of products continues to be fantastic.
Lastly, the customer service and communication are absolutely second to none, so I can't recommend this store highly enough!

Excellent Service and communication as always - Ed's Gaming Emporium is now one of my go to suppliers for Pokemon TCG (even over larger retailers) as they do not charge over RRP and deliver all items quickly and securely in well wrapped packages. Even when I ordered an item by mistake and contacted for a refund, it was processed with a response to my original email within minutes! Excellent customer service!
