Educake claims to be an educational tool, but it’s more like a torturous test of your patience and will to live. My pet goldfish died minuets after opening the website because it was so bad #RIP Dave(fly high). I buried Dave in my older sis garden (iykyk - go see my sparx maths review. I am honestly so fed up with these websites.) and I cried myself to sleep. I logged on the next day to find my teacher had set 5 FLIPPING SETS OF 100 QUESTIONS! Like what sort of psychopath are we dealing with! Why would Educake let you set that amount of questions to begin with.
If you're looking to make studying feel like a punishment, then by all means, use Educake. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs.

I recently used Educake for my students, and I regret every moment of it. The platform's interface is outdated and clunky, making it incredibly difficult to navigate. The layout feels like it hasn’t been updated in years, and basic functions like setting up assignments or accessing results are buried under layers of unnecessary clicks. It’s frustrating just trying to use the tool for something simple, and the lack of intuitive design makes it feel like a waste of time.

The content itself is another major letdown. While Educake claims to offer comprehensive resources, the material is either too simplistic or, at times, way too advanced for the average student. The question banks are inconsistent, with some questions poorly written or unclear. Furthermore, there is little to no feedback after students submit their work. It feels like a rushed attempt at providing education, with little thought given to quality control or meeting students’ actual needs.

Customer support is essentially non-existent. I reached out multiple times with questions about technical issues and content concerns, and received no response for days. When I did finally get a reply, it was vague and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and still without answers. It’s almost as if the team behind Educake doesn't care about the problems users face or about providing a positive experience.

The platform is also severely limited in terms of customization. As a teacher, I was hoping to tailor the quizzes and assignments more closely to my curriculum, but that’s not possible. Educake doesn’t allow for much flexibility in modifying questions or creating my own sets. For a tool that charges schools a decent amount, this lack of customization feels like a major oversight.

All in all, Educake has been an incredibly disappointing experience. It’s not user-friendly, lacks valuable content, and provides little to no support. With so many better alternatives on the market, I would not recommend this platform to anyone. If you're looking for an effective way to engage students and help them learn, Educake is certainly not the way to go.
