Felicia was really supportive when needed, communication was great and the flexibility of completing the AET course in the time that suited my full time working schedule was great. As an experienced IT user, I did find navigating the dashboard, slightly difficult to begin with but apart from that, I really enjoyed completing the course.

Poor communication throughout the course, work marked very late. Some occasions I would call again, again and again, leave messages and never have my calls returned. My work went for long periods before being marked.

I have just purchased the "Teaching and Functional Skills Bundle" and John was very helpful and thorough with my pre-enrolment queries in respect of the course, fee, payment and the whole registration process. John was very patient throughout the process and he swiftly handled my queries. Thanks a lot John. Looking forward to completing my new course.

Thoroughly enjoyed working through this course. I have been teaching for 20 years and now on completion of this Level 5 course, I can progress closer to gaining QTLS. The Education school were great from start to finish, they provide constant support, they give clear and concise feedback, without them I wouldn’t have got through my Level 3 AET. Thanks to my Tutor Felica and all the team at the education school.

The course (AET) level 3 was excellent value for money and I was able to pay in instalments which suited my budget. The course content was in 3 manageable modules. After submitting your coursework it is assessed and feedback is given by the assessor. Big shout out to Felicia, (my assessor) who gave me constructive feedback, ideas on how to improve and she was very patient with me. If you are thinking of studying at home, don’t hesitate, you will be supported every step of the way.

I am grateful to The Education School for helping me get a qualification that I thought was beyond my capabilities. This course has benefited me so much - it has completely changed the way I teach. So a massive thank you to the patient and kind Felicia who was my tutor.
I do think there could be better communication however. Sometimes I was sitting waiting for feedback when there was none because I had not signed an assignment correctly or sent a PDF file when it should have been a Word document. This was all my fault for not understanding the instructions but if you had let me know sooner I could have rectified my mistakes quickly and not had to delay things by months.

I recently completed a course and was really impressed with the whole experience. The online system was easy to use and made the learning process smooth and straightforward. Felicity was a fantastic tutor , and great at explaining things clearly. The course content itself was very in-depth and covered everything I needed to know, making it excellent value for money.
