I paid and have still not received my results. I have sent WhatsApps to this business as well and their excuse is that they haven’t received the results on their side, yet they advertise that you get your results up to 7 days before the official release date and they are ALSO advertising that the results are currently available, which is not the case at all. This is a full on SCAM, non of their phone numbers work as I have tried calling all their lines and there is no response or the call doesn’t even go through. I want my money back and I will be taking this matter further.

I have requested a refund as I placed two orders by mistake. It has been well over 10 days and nobody is responding to emails about whether the refund has been done. I do not see anything in my bank account. Don't bother with this website, they are useless when it comes to getting any feedback.

Never Refunded
I requested a refund because my results weren't sent to me prior to the release of results & its been 14 days since I requested the refund & no money has been paid into my account. This is basically becoming a scam because bo services were provided to me.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Paygate (Our old payment processor) was changed over to Payfast and the few refunds that were done on Paygate were not concluded correctly.

Service was immaculate
Service was immaculate, I had received my mark swiftly and it made a huge impact as I longer had the stress and worry about university all thanks to the brilliants crew at edumarks . I would defined recommend parents and kids to use it as it makes a world of a difference .
