I must say that eduyush customer support team is very very good in response and action as well . Delivery is very quick and when i ordered a wrong book mistakenly and contacted them before reedimng code they just rectified the order and delivered correct book in no time. So i must say that they are accurate in solving queries which is very good about eduyush . Also they provide the accurate information for any questions . I recoomend eduyush because they are really working well for their customers.

Great experience
Great experience shopping with eduyush. I appreciate the fact that they get the new syllabus books pretty early which enables us students to start studying quickly. The only recommendation I would give would be please try to get the products delivered quicker. I know this isn't always possible but delivery in 2-3 days would be very nice.

Extending Validity and E-book interface and Quality of classes.
If person thinks that he has not prepared well, in that case as well Edyush is required to extend the classes validity. Also the ebooks shared in the app is not effective in reading as app is less user friendly. I took few classes as well but that is of really poor quality, speaker in the video session is just reading the slide in same tone, it seems more of robot reading the slides.

Hi Jatin, we are sorry to hear about your experience with us. You had bought this package on the recommendation of your friend to whom we had had a lengthy discussion, who maybe hasn't passed on all the information to you. You maybe need an another package instead of the one you have taken.
I guess the package which you have taken doesn't suit your requirements. To address your concerns here's the solution
1) extension till Dec - You have chosen the Jun 22 training plan instead of the Dec 22 plan, we are happy to extend it till Dec 22 once you upgrade
2) Ebooks - We had recommended to go with the hardcopies as they are more user friendly, but you have gone with the ebooks package. Should you need the hard copies, let our team know
3) Video quality - As discussed, you havent seen our actual videos yet and have seen some bonus materials which we give for extra practice. The actual videos and their links have been shared with you would also encourage you to join our live sessions (which you havent attended so far) where the content is very interactive. We have also shared a video on how to use our LMS. Would recommend you to browse through the entire contents.
Do let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you clear your exams, as we take the deepest pride in our training. We have tried contacting you multiple times, but you are always putting off the call for an another time.
We are happy to upgrade your package which will meet your requirements
