Thank you for your 5 star review James! We are glad that you found the bacon to be to your satisfaction!
Very flavorful and cooks up great. However, it is not the bacon steak you used to sell, so I think it is misnamed.

This was a gift to my brother that smokes a lot of meats. He told me this was some of the best smoked bacon he ever had.

We are very delighted to hear you use us for your gifting needs Joseph and appreciate the feedback.
The 12 oz. Pkg. isn't enough for the average family, it's only 6 sliced. I'm sure you're trying to keep the price down, but there's little satisfaction from someone only getting 1 slice. It's more economical to purchase a 1 lb or 1-1/2 lb from Wrights or local producers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review for the bacon. We hope your next experience with us here at Edwards' is a 5 star! Thank you for your purchase with us.
The Bacon steaks are delicious! This was my first time ordering and ordered the 12oz pkgs! Huge mistake, too small for my family! Thankful enough, I order 4 pkgs! Each pkg included ONLY 6 slices! Too small for a family of 4 (1 slice just isn’t enough) especially for the cost! Love the quality, but not the cost!

Thank you Wilmon for your honest review for the Bacon Steaks and for the 5 stars. We want everyone to experience good food and service. We hope you will share our products with your friends and family.
I get this delivered all the time now since we moved away from Virginia. We used to come to Williamsburg and buy at the store all the time. I never bought any other bacon. Now that I live in Texas, thanks to your offering delivery, I can still have the delicious flavors of Virginia smoked meats. Reminds me of Red Fox Inn brunches in Middleburg and the smell of Mount Vernon air whenever I would take the kids to tour. Love and miss that wonderful smell and taste of Virginia. Thank you for offering delivery across the country. It always comes well packed in refrigerated packaging. It's pricey but worth every penny for the high end quality.
