Thank you for your purchase John. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the experience and that this product exceeded all expectations. We look forward to serving you again soon.
We’ve been enjoying Edwards hams for more than fifty years, starting when we lived in Northern Virginia and would drive down to the Surrey smokehouse and bring home a whole bagged ham to cook. These uncooked slices are just as tasty, and instead of an all day project they fry up in just a few minutes. I’m getting hungry just thinking about them!

We're in southern California and it's hard to find genuine Southern country ham. For us, it's a taste of home.

I love country ham and appreciate the quality of your product. My only negative comment is that I tried to order online, but was unable to do so. So I did it by phone, but the person who took the order had trouble finding the product because your new catalog had different numbers from the old one I was using.
