Ordered prduct and was satiesfied with website and order process. Downhill from then on. Product never arrived. After 5 days contacted them by phone and email. Initial response was product sent out late will arrive 3-5 days max. After this they never once responded to emails or telephone calls. Resolved the purchase with PAY PAL but this company are nothing but frauds and thieves. PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR
No order confirmation. Slow delivery. No reply by phone or email when chasing up the order. Sent 2 items instead of 3 and sent the wrong items.
Last week, I placed an order for guttering components but have yet to receive an order confirmation. Furthermore, I am unable to log in to the website due to a persistent "check email for link" message, despite no link appearing in either my inbox or spam folder. I have attempted to contact the seller via both phone and email, but have not received a response. Consequently, I have initiated a PayPal dispute to address this matter.
Bad experience. Very poor communications. Goods promised to be dispatched & never received. After over 30 days of excuses I received a refund which I was grateful for as I had written off the money as a lost cause. Deal with them if you like but be prepared to be disappointed with the lack of service.
