We want to end our eFax as we didn’t use it any more.
The eFax employee asked me what I want and asked why we quit and if there were other products we want from eFax. I explained we just want to end and she helped me to end in a good and satisfied way.

After my retirement I didn't need to use E fax anymore and asked for the cancellation of my subscription. This was done very accurately and in a very friendly manner. During the past about eleven years I had good support from E Fax and the desk service and can recommend the services that Efax offer.

I have only used the free trial, however, before this I have never faxed before and it was properly explained by the company how to send a fax. When I rang to cancel my subscription, the person on the phone was polite and it was easy to cancel. I cancelled because I am not in a situation where I use fax a lot, if I would have to fax more often I would start another subscription.

Initially I got some problems to start. But after John. B support during the working hours, the problems were solved smoothly and I am quite happy with 1) high quality services of John B. offered. 2) efficient faxing services Efax provided.
Though for now I don't need Efax service, I would definitely come back if we need a fax service again. And I will also recommend Efax to my friends.

Years ago I had a number from Efax. Allways excellent use of this. But in the modern world I didn't need to fax anymore so I terminated the membership. But through the years I thought sometimes 'I wish I had still eFax again' but never had a membership. Then I wanted to fax again and thought now is the time. I will become member again. So I sent 2 faxes. And after that..........no fax anymore. Because I had to pay € 15,-- per month and I don't know when to fax in the future I terminated my membership again..............sigh.
