Chased up every few weeks for five months with the same response " waiting on funding" until i spoke with Adam this afternoon who stated i've been led on & that the above work is never carried out EVER! ONLY INSULATION CAN BE GUARANTEED!!!!

I only had the insulation carried out so i could get a free boiler!
Oh and they have the cheek to say its FREE! If it was free then ecofundingenergy Bradford would NOT be making money.
Con of a company! AVOID IF YOU CAN UNLESS you are wanting insulation. EVEN THEN the company which was used ARKTEK! appauling!!!

AVOID PERIOD!!!

Try another firm. WHICH HAS A TRUSTMARK!

Just received a call from them and listened to what they said. Air source pump was promised, despite me telling him our property wasn’t suitable. He then became very sarcastic and quite hostile and then hung up! They know nothing! I’ll be keeping well away from this company.

Very disappointed in this company. I bothered to go through everything over the phone for my disabled mum to have a new boiler, and was told they were only able to visit 2 days later or the following Saturday. Following a stroke my mum's unable to answer the door and needs me to be there. I wasn't available for either of these 2 days and was told, therefore, they couldn't help. I rang back to see if they had any other dates in the future, to be told the grant ends in 2 weeks so it's those dates or nothing then hung up on me!

If I could leave a 0 I would! We sent of an application for a free boiler via the Goverment scheme as I am in receipt of PIP. The initial process was easy, very clear and had lots of promises that was met! As soon as the surveyor came did all the measurements and confirmed we were eligible we was told that we would be contacted a week later for the gas engineer to come out and look at our boiler fittings... after 2 weeks we still haven't heard anything from them, I've tried to call this company over 100 times with only 2 times of them answering the call and telling me I'd get a call back from a manager to discuss the situation as apparently they needed paper work for something we've already explained to the surveyor who confirmed this wouldn't be a problem! I am a clinically vulnerable and disabled person without any heating during this VERY cold winter .... SHAME ON YOU!
