I am extremely happy with my entire experience with Effecty! I first learned about them through Rosie from The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. I was already looking for a way to transition from in-person visits to an online service because, at this point, I was mainly looking for maintenance.
One thing that immediately impressed me was how knowledgeable they are. I love that they provide reminders and guidance about rotating injection areas. That is especially important to me because, in the past, I was getting my shot in the same area and eventually stopped seeing the same results. The same spot for immune and my nurse didn’t know why is not helping. From my own experience, I can tell that they know what they are doing.
Even though I was simply looking to switch providers for maintenance, they made the transition incredibly easy. They reviewed my records quickly and got everything transferred without unnecessary delays.
The customer service has also been excellent and extremely responsive. Most of the time, the AI assistant helps me immediately, but whenever I need assistance from an actual person, I receive a response very quickly.
The delivery is accurate and right on schedule, and most importantly—the product simply works for me.
I genuinely don’t remember the last time I felt this happy, confident, energetic, and completely like myself. My husband doesn’t know I’m using it, and he keeps joking that I must be on something because I suddenly never stop!
I don’t just feel like myself again—I feel like the strongest, most confident version of myself. I feel like I’m back in my full power, and that feeling is priceless.

Better customer service and the fact that within 24 hrs I wanted to cancel and was told that I could not as the prescription was sent to the pharmacy but I waited days for 5 days for delivery. I was forced t o accepting the medication and I will not recommend your company , 24 hours after I could not cancel
