I can’t begin to explain how great, prompt and professional they were. From the minute the enquiry made I was given a call back if not the same day, the next where Yasser came over and surveyed the property and explained what he would be doing and what he was doing as he was doing it. He was thorough with the information and advice he was giving. He left and then made arrangements for the works to commence, which was also done at lightning speed considering we needed to get moved into the house ASAP before the cold really hit in. The engineers that came in were friendly, tidy and through in the works carried out! So a massive thanks to Yasser for all his efforts. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our boiler had broken down and we did not have hot water about a month. When we called and spoke with mohammad. He gave us very good advice for the boiler. After that next day he called us and made organised the installation date for third day. The engineers came on time and fixed the boiler. They did an excellent and very clean job. I settled on top of the range Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life Combi with smart thermostat & 12 year warranty at a great price, much cheaper than other quotes.

Installer was also very good, arrived promptly and had the boiler up and running before 4PM.
