Whilst investigating the market for a firm to do the work, I was in contact with 6 Companies and when I met Cirpian, I was very positively surprised to see how professional and also how detailed he was with the required work. I had done a lot of research on the actual process so was aware of the processes needed to be followed. Cirprian was transparent and easy to follow. I received the quote in due course and everything was very clear. I decided to go ahead with Efficient built after having looked at a couple of their completed project. Scaffolding was installed and skip delivered on time. The team arrived as planned and on the date agreed. the team was really nice and very good at explaining what they were doing. I had weekly meetings with Ciprian to catch up on the progress. The work took 6 weeks form beginning to completion as agreed. We did a full insulation and rendering of our detached house and added the replacement of flat roofs, facia boards and full replacement of the guttering round the house. The team left the place cleaned every evening and were very friendly including with the neighbours. I am delighted with the result as it looks like we have a brand new house. It is refreshing to deal with such a gentleman and a lovely team. I have no hesitation to recommend Cirprian and I just hope they would do kitchen conversion as I would give him my work immediately... The process was hassle free and as described. Thank you so so much for all your kindness, hard work and for giving us confidence.

Ciprian and his team were exceptional and I can’t recommend them enough. They did an absolutely stunning job rendering our house, and they were by far, the most considerate, detail oriented and customer focused tradespeople we have ever had working in our home. Nothing was too much trouble and Ciprian was on hand everyday to ensure we were happy with their work (which we very much were!). And they went above and beyond on the finer details of the job, which delivered the amazing end result.

I consider myself very fortunate to have been recommended this company. I had emailed them at the beginning of the year for a quote and because I had asked for the start date to be put back by three months, they asked for a small deposit which I considered reasonable. A week before the works were to begin Ciprian contacted me to confirm the start date and everything had been smooth sailing from then on. Whilst the good weather helped I cannot deny that it is very much down to the focused and hardworking team who made it all happen. I can highly recommend this company whose workmen did a great job insulating the external walls of my house and applying a great silicone finish to it. Everything looks wonderful now that it’s completed. During the whole three weeks they worked tirelessly and always tidied after themselves at the end of each day. We found them to be very polite young men who were efficient and thorough. Ciprian was always attentive and consulted me about how I wanted the finish to appear. When I had concerns he was a mere text message away and always responded promptly. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and experience.

Ciprian and his crew's customer relations and professionalism is golden. Some of the other companies I contacted gave me elongated weeks of appointment. Ciprian gave me an appointment for the following day, 1200hr. He turned up at my door at exactly 1200hr. His quote was not the cheapest but very moderate. Having agreed with him for the job to be done, the following day, the mobile toilet was delivered, the scaffolding was delivered and mounted, and all materials delivered tomy compound. The next day, his crew of workmen arrived and work started in earnest. Meanwhile, this young man hasn't asked me for any down payment yet. On the third day of workmen on site, I called him to ask if they weren't asking for any dawn payment. He said that he was about to email his bill to me. When I received his email, I noticed that he split the bill into three installments making payments easy. It took them under two weeks to complete the job with excellent professionalism, coupled with heart touching customer relationship. Some of my neighbours who have had their walls insulated earlier on were amazed at the workmen's speed and professional finishing of the job.

After a lot of research, we decided to choose Efficient Build, for our Rendering
From start to finish, everything was explained thoroughly by Cyprion..
He visited & telrphoned each day, when work was being carried out
He was so friendly, plus very knowledgeable..
We also had the Chimney, repointed & new lead, round the Chimney, again such a high standard of work
His team do him proud, always on time each morning & worked through to 5pm each day..All so friendly
End result is amazing, nothing was ever a problem..

We found Ciprian and his "crew" very friendly and did a very good job on our exterior wall insulation. Carried out work exactly as discussed and made the whole exercise stress free.

Andrei and his crew exceeded our expectations. They were diligent and tidy and did a fantastic job. We had undergone some structural changes (new windows etc) and so the rooms were in desperate need of plastering. After the internal work was finished The team took care in removing and rubbish/floor coverings and tidying the space. The quality of the plastering was so great that the rooms looked pristine when completed. We also needed a full re-render of the outside of the property which was again complete to a high standard. Communication was great and any changes we needed were received well.

Work was carried to a very high standard, and Ciprian came round regularly to check on the quality and progress of the work. We would recommend Efficient build.

A team of very professional, punctual and hard working individuals. The job required external insulation and a silicone render on a semi-detached house which was completed to a high standard and well within time frame. When in doubt, I was advised on materials (types of render and insulation, advantages, disadvantages, even the colour!). The team made the whole process relatively stress and mess free and a 10 year warranty gave me additional peace of mind. Couldn't fault them if I tried! Well done Efficient Build team, I am a very happy client!

Got C Wood &son to do some building work done then ask them to Install EWI to my end of terraced house . They had Efficient build this part of the job. what an efficient company very professional, and they all knew what had to be done and extremely good at doing it. always there on time. Nothing was a problem even in the rain they carried on working by putting up a plastic covering to keep the rain off the brick slips.
On completion of the work, I have had many comments about how nice the house looks now.

I employ this company to install outer wall insulation to my property. I found Mr Ciprian very Knowledgeable amiable and professional in all my dealings with him. In fact I turned down an established company because of the knowledge he imparted to me. he also planed and executed the job perfectly always keeping me in the "loop".
The crew that did the work were just as professional and knew their job inside out. Also the were polite friendly, courteous and punctual and did a thorough cleaning job during and when the job was finished .

We were looking to render our detached 1920s property with silicone render over pebbledash. We had a few quotes but Ciprian’s was the most professional and well explained. They arrived on time and their team couldn’t have been more conscientious, friendly, polite and hard working. They also replaced some down pipes, installed soffits and dealt with light fittings and some minor roof issues. We were kept informed of progress throughout and Ciprian was always on hand for any questions.

Extremely happy with the final finish along with the 10 year guarantee. Many comments from neighbours and passers by about the high quality of work. Would highly recommend.

I was looking for rendering a property which was build in 1930s. I had many builders to visit the property and gave me their best job plan. But Andrei understood the needs of the house and we planned together to go with insulation plus rendering and some bits and pieces within the budget. I am so happy and satisfied with the end result.
