Brenton is the definition of World Class. He's approach to swimming and to his craft is inspiring.
As a fellow coach, I appreciated his support, patience and knowledge.
I went from 2:35 to 1:30 per 100.

My sister put me onto the goggles and they are the best ive ever worn - yes the vision is good but the comfort is outstanding. Am also learning from the technique tips and my swimming has definitely improved as a result. Thank you effortless.

I listen to the advise Brenton gives on swimming almost every day! I have learned a lot from his advice and appreciate the videos use of visual examples. I also really enjoy the advice he shares from other coaches and expert swimmers.

Using the website was easy. Feedback on goggles which I bought in November last year, they are now fogging up. Not sure about your claim on anti fogging??

Feel a bit foolish. Ordered the fog-free goggles, which are really no better than any other goggles I've had. They are comfortable, but the "nano" claim about being fog free is really deceptive. They're not better and no worse than any other pair I've had. They fog. If you keep them really clean, they fog less.

Why I thought Brenton could out innovate Speedo or Arena, in hindsight, seems ridiculous. I feel like a fool for believing the marketing claim. Shame on me.

I find the training advices really helpful and I use them constantly.
Also, based on the site recommendation, I bought the swimming googles which I find amazing. Probably, the best swimming googles I ever used.

I bought my first set of goggles (HydroClear Tech 2.0) after reading reviews of the goggles and wanting a pair that wouldn't lose their anti-fog so quickly, as I have had happen in the past, especially with the amount of swimming I was doing.
Once I worked out the right nose bridge size, I have to say they were amazing in how they wouldn't fog up at all during my sessions. And that hasn't changed now that I have been using them in the pool for 8mths.
Impressed by that first pair, and now getting into some open water training and events, I decided to buy a pair of the Recon mirror goggles. These googles were even easier to fit snuggly around my eyes, and with the mirror coating, have been so very helpful for all my open water swimming. Now I keep to using the the Nanoclear goggles in the pool and the Recon's for the open water.
All along the way, the service has been so quick and professional, and the staff have been encouraging in all correspondence.
I would recommend this company and their products to anyone looking to improve their vision in the water.
I'm already looking forward to seeing what other product(s) could be worth purchasing.

As a Masters swimmer in the 60+ category, I regularly use the tips from Effortless Swimming. The technical breakdown and correction videos have significantly helped my performance in the 800m and 1500m, and they remain a key part of my ongoing improvement

Brenton was good enough to respond to me with some very helpful comments despite my not at the time, being a member. To me this simply evidences how genuine he is in wanting to see people progress. I have no hesitation in recommending Brenton and Effortless Swimming.

Clear, consistent technical guidance, with video support.

The service allows you to trial the coaching at a very low cost (ie it's low risk) and if you decide to do a membership, there are lots of resources to help you. Most valuable is the ability to submit videos of yourself swimming and get professional feedback for drills and technique improvements. The coaching and vibe is also non-judgmental - they are used to working with adults of all skill levels. In fact, most people seems to be on the novice/beginner side and get value from it.

I had seen a lot of Brenton shirt video a couple of years ago and I learnt many things, but when I bought and started the 5 day catch challenge and later the 8 week freestyle I went from a basic level to intermediate in a very short time

When I initially signed up for the 8 week course it was very user friendly. Now when i try to access it to review things it seems a little more difficult to find it

overall it was definitely worth the money. It helped me learn a different way to swim freestyle and made me faster.

I bought 2 courses and I found very useful particularly the 8 week freestyle. If one day I happen to be in Australia, I would love to have few classes with Brenton and his team

These are the best goggles. I swim everyday. I bought 2 pairs because it was less expensive that way. The fit so well and if I dip them in the pool they never fog up!

I have subscribed to a service of Effortless Swimming, occasionally watch videos and listen to podcasts. It has helped my swimming. Breton is very good at what he does, and explains things in simple terms. If you are serious about swimming, I would try his servivces.
