This site is scam.don’t wast your money. I was waiting for two months to get the result for registering my business and no result after several contact with them. I finally set up an appointment myself directly with Santa Clara county and I have told no one filed anything under my name.
Santa Clara county registered my business in less than 10 minutes. I was trying to complaint on business bureau and I find out this company hasn’t been registered at all.

I paid them for the service to file the paperwork for my bakery shop. I also sent them the notarized form that I filled out. About 2 weeks later, my business's DBA name was registered. I wish they process faster, but for the price and the trouble of me figuring out all the mumbo jumbo paperwork, I think using efiledba was worth it for me.

I paid them 95 dollar on 11-8-22 heard nothing from them reach out 12-8-22 and they said they never received the paperwork so filled out again this time sent it priority mail wanted a few weeks reached out again nothing filled out paperwork 3 times . So on Feb 2- 2023 I went to the court house and 10 minutes I had it. And they still won't answer a email. Don't waste your money after the 95 dollar they then want another 18 dollars

I sent my notarized filing to them on 12/13/22 and didn't hear back for several weeks so I reached out on 01/12/23 to check the status and they said they would check the mail and get back to me. Several days later after not hearing anything write back on 01/16/23 to check again and this was their response.
"Sorry for keeping you waiting. But the amount of mail we received was quite a lot, the staff needed to sort the mail and then assign it to the right department, so it took a little longer than expected. I will rush her again and I will get back to you as soon as possible".
On 01/24/23 I reached out again and asked for either a solution to fulfill the contract or a refund... after that no response.
