Order not complete, but kept the money, not refunded
Order placed on December 30, 2023 of 2 products, one of which was in stock and the other was not, one product was sent after request, and I still had to wait for the other. After several weeks and several phones, as well as after frequently filling out their contact form on which I last ask for a refund, also twice by telephone, I only receive telephone contact confirming that the order is canceled, on a contact form (4x), is not answered. I only note with this that I have lost my money. After almost 3 months of waiting for an answer.
So to all, certainly not to buy, these people are thieves even though they say it will be okay.
