‼️scammers‼️ They sent tiny bouquet! Completely misrepresented the size! And I ordered a MEDIUM size it was tiny! Also ordered additional card - THEY SENT THEIR OWN simple card, NOT THE ONE I CHOSE! I also ordered a VASE, as my daughter is a student and doesn’t have a vase! THEY DIDNT SEND THE VASE AND DIDNT REFUND THE MONEY- they spoilt my daughter’s special day! No refund let alone a compensation for a ruined birthday! Gonna leave bad reviews and show screenshots of communication and all the comparisons of what was received vs what was ordered! ‼️

My husband ordered me a bouquet to be…

My husband ordered me a bouquet to be delivered to our hotel as a surprise. Unfortunately, I could tell straight away that he was disappointed with them and was almost apologetic for ordering them. They certainly were not worth the price he paid and were wilting within 2 days. Very sorry he was so let down.

There are better flowers selling for £4…

There are better flowers selling for £4 outside my local garage. How this company has the audacity to send out such rubbish is beyond me. I received a so-called bouquet, some of which was dead or dying, all of which was cheap and not worth the large amount the sender undoubtedly paid. I intend to contact a colleague on BBC’s Radio 4 daily consumer show about looking into the appalling service provided by this outfit.

Terrible flowers.

Terrible flowers.
Bought the largest bouquet for a colleague who had lost her father.
She showed me the vase of flowers and it looked like something I’d buy in the supermarket!
Embarrassing.
I paid £53 pounds for a really rubbish bunch of flowers.

After multiple emails to 5 different people they agreed a refund. All I really wanted was a nice big bunch of flowers!

Item delayed by Evri

Item delayed by Evri. I contacted eflowers and was merely told I should have sent them Premium despite Evri showing Next Day delivery.
The flowers were ordered on December 30th 2025 and are still stuck in the Evri system at 11pm January 2nd. They will probably be dead if and/or when they turn up.

Bad experience

I ordered flowers this morning for delivery this afternoon between3pm and 6pm for an unwell friend, I contacted the company who said that the flowers would be delivered next day, as it is outside London. This did not flag up when I paid the delivery fee,
I have contacted eflorist and asked for a full refund as they did not fulfil there promise oblwybto be told can have my £8 delivery fee after paying out over £50,
Be wary of this company as there are a lot of negative reviews as I found out to late

Late delivery and poor quality flowers

My husband ordered a medium bouquet for my birthday which he ordered 4 days before required delivery. On the delivery day (my birthday) he was eventually advised by text that the delivery would be sometime between 4.30 - 6.30pm, then at 5pm was advised it would be approx. 7.30 pm. We had a table booked so had to leave at 6.30 pm and the flowers were not delivered until 8.20 pm, by this time my birthday was just about over and the flowers had been sat in the late sun all the time we were out. When I opened the box it was very disappointing. The 'medium' bunch was poor, with a large amount of dry leaves in the centre and all the flowers very dry. The few freishas in the bunch have no perfume at all. My husband was upset as it had been meant to be an extra surprise for me, but he had to tell me in the end as he didn't want me to think he had forgotten. I have told him to go to the supermarket in future.

!ABSOLUTE SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered some flowers for my girlfriend, for two days away, realised (literally) 5 minutes later that neither of us were going to be there on the day that they were ordered for. Emailed immediately to cancel only to be told that this wasn’t possible due to their supplier. I reminded them that in their terms of service; it states this is the case for next or same day delivery (understandable). At which point I was told that it was actually never possible. Then realised (to my shame) I’d actually had a similar issue with this same company almost two years ago when the flowers I ordered never showed up. More fool me. Please don’t make the same mistake to avoid disappointment.

Flowers and chocolates not delivered

Flowers and chocolates to be delivered by Amazon, delivered to the wrong address. Took ages to make contact with eflowers. A different agent, each time, had to advise them to deliver a new bouquet on 3 separate occaisions. No redress or explanation offered despite my requests. This is a dreadful company with appalling customer service. Would never use again.

I ordered flowers

I ordered flowers, card and chocolates. £37. The flowers were nothing like the advertised bouquet, they're 2 separate bunches of flowers scrunched up in a flat box, the card was the size of half a playing card and there was 3 chocolates in a tiny box. A total waste of money. Order Number WA21584791

Late and wrong order

My mum ordered me flowers to arrive on the 23rd of December. It arrived a day late after chasing (although she did get her delivery fee refunded). I, in the end, received someone else's flowers. This is so disappointing considering my mum paid almost £40 for flowers and chocolates.

Do not be scammed …

I wish there was an option for no stars. Please avoid this company, the poor, measly and pathetic product you receive do not resemble the flowers marketed on the website. After receiving the first delivery of broken stemmed, dead headed flowers, the next delivery produced an extremely small handful of buds and two nealy dead blooms. I have bought better quality flowers from my local garage at a fraction of the price. This company are a disgrace, totally unapologetic and send the same poor excuse to everyone 'after a good drink' your flowers will bloom! They won't when they are dead on arrival! Please save your money and avoid sending these insults to your friends and family.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I spent £45 on a bouquet and the flowers were withered and half dead on delivery. It was embarrassing for me as they were meant as a genuine thank you and ended up being shameful. i contacted customer service via email who responded promptly (hence the 1 star) and promised a replacement bouquet on my date of choice.
Alas, this 2nd bouquet was as bad as the first bouquet and looked NOTHING LIKE what was being advertised on the website. From the emails i received, the flowers seemed to be in transit for 19 hours so its no wonder they were withered and broken by the time they were delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, APPALLING FLOWERS AND DELIVERIES MOSTLY LEFT ON DOORSTEP TO WITHER.

It should be no stars.

It should be no stars.
I was sent a so called 'bouquet', the card with message was missing fortunately I knew who they were from. The most horrendous colour combination, obviously the cheapest available, the petals were missing from one side of some of the flowers. The number flowers was limited. £5.00 from the Supermarket would be better value.
