I have yet to receive my package I will be contacting discover to refund my money terrible company won't recommend this place to anyone

I placed an order for 3 bodysuits and never received them. They got delivered to a shopping complex. This all started in Jan 2024 and is still going on.

A representative from ECGG stated it was my fault for putting in the wrong address. I will own it. Then another rep stated we will charge you for shipping and they would send out my bodysuits. I agreed to pay for the shipping costs.

A couple of weeks go by, no response from the rep about sending me my 3 body suits. I was completely ignored. I emailed again to see if they meant what they said by sending me out my bodysuits and asked how do I pay the $20 and still no response.

I now have to write a review. I would still like my 3 bodysuits, but have a feeling I lost about $85. Don’t order from this website. They don’t mean what they say and they ignore their customers.

I had bragged to my girlfriends to buy them to give ECGG more business. I went back and told them to forget about ever shopping on their website. Looks like others rate this company with only 2-3 stars. Now you know why.

Their customer service is horrible. I beg you not to buy from them. It’s not worth it in the end. I have pics of the order and the emails, but I can’t attach it to this review.

I am going to write up another review since my experience was so bad.

I wouldn’t give a star at all, but unfortunately I have to. This company is the worst. Not only is the sizing wrong, but they sent the wrong items and I reached out to them via email several times with no response. The people selling these on TikTok are liars as well. Don’t trust this company at all, they’re terrible.

The sizing is not even close and they want you to pay for them to ship you a size to “try” and get one that fits. Lesson learned - don’t switch brands when you find one that works.

FeelinGirlLLC worked well for me. Not saying it will for everyone, but it was way closer to accurate on the size.

I had previously wrote a review that was posative on my first order, even though there were some issues with the size (even though i used their size chart). I was able to do an exchange for a new size but had to pay a shipping fee of $21 USD. I decieded to order more items as i was already paying shipping. Not only have my items not arrived within the 5-10 day delviery window (going on 2 weeks now) but there has been no communication to my inqueries. I am really disapointed because i was looking forward to some new clothes. And since they wont respond and i havent received anything i will probably have to dispuite the charges with my bank, which is a hassel. I would no longer recommend them to anyone :(

UPDATE: I think this company is a scam :(
After i contacted them to cancel my order and i wrote this review they contacted me saying the shipping was out of their control. They never addressed me wanting to cancel my order which i said multiple time in the multiple emails. So i disputed the charges with my bank and next day i get a notification that my items would arrive in a few days. Those days came and went and nothing.Just over a week goes by and i get an email saying my shipment has been delviered, but i still have nothing!!!! What is going on with this place? Save yourself the frustration and dont bother orderign anything here.

So I ordered 2 of the body suits. I even sized up. They horribly cut small. And the quality is crap. When trying to reach out for an exchange or even partial refund they ghost you hard. They send you a email saying to contact them thru Whatsup app. Then they don’t respond instead report you. I have sent multiple emails to alas no avail. At this point it’s a loss. So buyer beware. It’s a shame I have to put a star to submit this

This company is a Scam!! Do not ever use them! I ordered off of a TikTok ad, and got scammed. The email reply was “this is not a scam”, and “do not dispute the charges”! What reputable company does that? What decent human scams for a living?
