This company is a joke. Buyer beware. Orders never arrive, even though they claim the item is on its way. They sent a tracking number and link that doesn’t work. Never again…

Never received product and was told no refund would be given!

They do not reply at all horrible customer service plus there was charges added after I bought I luckily was refunded by Paypal and bank on the overcharge part. Still waiting on items and it is going on 3 weeks. Worst experience. Hopefully I get items eventually and will never buy from them again. It appears the stuff is coming from SWEDEN had no clue not advertised or I would of never bought!

Does anyone know how to get a refund? Placed an order in November and asked for a refund end of December due to never receiving the order. Emails are being ignored

VERYslick scam process-seemed trustworthy until arguments developed about whether or not the product had been delivered. I work from home in full view of my house entrance yet was told to check neighbours, family and garden RUDE. Even gave me the driver's courier number - all very fake

Yes I would agree with Dorsey they completely trying to get over in me & never received the order& not trying to refund the money

If I could do ZERO STARS I would. I never received my order from Dec 2023, lost in transit or ???. They won’t refund my $50 and said they would replace my order but I’d HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!!!! Very disappointed, frustrated, and disgusted. I’m a recent widow and can’t afford to throw away my money but that’s exactly what I did by ordering from this company!!!!!

Loved the hat. It arrived just in time for the trick or treaters! The hat will be a treasured fixture for many seasons. Perfect!

Purchased these for my son, he says they are "grippy" and he likes the tung of the shoe is half attached. The laces are nice, easy to tie and stay tied, & it helps that there's a pocket to tuck the laces into.
