The case they made for me is awesome. I can see how people order the wrong case when they dont choose the correct phone model. They dont allow returns on custom cases like all places do.
Ordered a case for an S26 plus. Received no confirmation email and then got sent an iPhone case their website defaults too. They blamed me for it, seems they're known for this sort of thing. Wish I'd have known.
Ego Tactical is a scam, the case was paper thin! They painted the design on and it faded at the top of the case and had splatter everywhere! Not too mention, I tried 5 charging cables and none would fit because of the case!
I did not receive an order confirmation then they sent wrong model & dont respond to problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Beyind POOR customer service
I noticed an advertisement for Ego Tactical as I was shopping for a phone case.
At first I looked at the case that I thought it fitting and placed my order (a subdued American flag with the thin blue line and an eagle, globe, & anchor embossed over top on a UAG case with Topo & Armor-Grip) and was expecting an ordinary case to protect my Samsung S24 Ultra. Nothing spectacular, but spectacular is what I got.
What I was not expecting was a case that exceeded every expectation.
From protection, to an aesthetical design, to the grip styles mentioned, the case is simply stunning!
So much that I showed my wife and we ordered an American flag with a wooden cross for her iphone 13 Pro Max.
