Completely unprofessional----I ordered…
Completely unprofessional----I ordered something from them, but received no confirmation email. That's never happened with any online site I've used before. I had a question about my order (and just wanted to verify that it was in process), so I phoned them. No one answered, and a voicemail came on that sounded like the automatic message one gets when one calls a personal cell phone. I contacted them via a form on their web site. Again, no one got back to me.
What kind of company is this where it's impossible to get in contact with anyone AND they don't confirm orders?? I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. I will never order from this company again.
