It is impossible to get a human on the phone. I used the “let us call you back” service, as well as stayed on the line for 40 minutes. Neither worked. They called back and hung up before I could answer — not even one full ring. And after 40 minutes, it seemed promising because the hold music and message stopped, so I thought someone had picked up. Nope. It was just silence (yes, I was saying “Hello? Hello?”) for 10ish seconds and then hung up. What a terrible service for patients who are trying to coordinate cancer care between doctors and cannot get a human on the phone to confirm their records are being sent where they need to go. So frustrated. Would never recommend this service to healthcare providers.

Your experience here will be a hit or miss. It all depends on which department you'll be assigned to. There are departments with friendly and helpful co-workers. But there are others with employees who have no idea how to work with others. The same thing can be said to the management. Some departments are headed by decent managers. But most are headed by bullies and incompetent people.
