We have owned 7 of these heaters and have helped my parents and in-laws purchase and set up 4 more ( 2 each ) through the past several years. All of us have loved the smooth, safe, silent even heat they provide. The first set of three we installed PAID for themselves in the first year of a bitter winter from the great savings they provided for us on our main gas bill! WOW! We were very impressed and happy! eheat continues to provide excellent products and customer service. We highly recommend them, both the product, and the people behind them! Thanks!

It doesn’t give enough heat, only takes the edge off but never gets any better

Just got heater yesterday. The beginning smell was pretty bad, and set off smoke alarms. Alarms stopped after an hourish. Heater is slowly getting mudroom up to temp. -5° to start! Room is up to 52°. Wouldn't even notice it in the room. Going to be a good investment

Great way to heat! Comfortable and quiet. Bought one last month and like it so well I just ordered two more.

I am a new customer, and had called your 800 no. with questions about the Envi High-Efficiency Whole Room 120v Plug-in Electric Wall Heater-2nd Generation (HH3012T), after I had 'Googleed" baseboard heaters. I liked the slim low-profile and the more contemporary design

Customer Service rep/salesman 'Steven' was courteous and helpful. He answered all of my questions but needed to put me on-hold a couple of times to consult with your product experts, and that was fine. He may not be as knowledgeable about the products himself, since he is on the Customer Service desk. In any case, I am giving him a 'GREAT' rating nonetheless. I ordered two (2) heaters, and am looking forward to receiving them soon. THANK YOU !

I purchased this product and it did not work for me. I contacted the company and told them that I wasn’t happy. They issued an RMA for returning the units and issued a refund. Read the return policy very carefully!

WOW. Just wow. We have used zone heating, with various space heaters for decades. The eheat beats them all. No noise, no dust, efficient use of electricity, easy to install, very quick to heat up, attractive, no floor space used, easy to adjust heat level, steady *Warm*, safe for pets/children, mount plug-in and forget it ... We are impressed. Now we are planning where to install another eheat!

Staff was extremely helpful and offered a discount that was very appreciated. It was very nice ti be able to talk to a person each time I had called.

The website does not show the dimensions of the wall heaters. I called and got the dimensions and while the person I spoke with was helpful, he seemed uninterested.

My eheat heater arrived quickly. I watched a couple of install videos but also used 'chat' to help w/question during install and was quickly answered. Missed that in the manual as those instructions were later in the process of actual use (not install). Glad I called as the excess cord needs to be fed back into the unit before installing. Otherwise, the install was reasonably easy for me.
Have it in use now on its first day... working great! Hopefully, it stays working well!!! BTW it also looks great and does not take much room and is nice and quiet too!

So far so good.

I have been ordering from ENVI for some 5 years.
I have 5 total in my home and several more in rentals.
Never a bad experience with product or customer service.

I bought 2 at first. Then a 3rd one 2 months later. So happy with the product. Lowered my electric bill. And it is a settle heat . Give it 24 hrs to neutralize. And walk away.
You will be impressed.

Great product! I now have three in my house, one in my rental studio, and one in my son’s house. Keeps the chill off and haven’t used my forced air since I have had them!

I use the eheat modules in room that don't do well with our present radiators. They do real well esp. in the bathrooms. Very happy with the performance of the product.

I have had a wall,plug in heater for 3 years. I love it. Easy to install and does a great job. It is LR/kitchen and I am now getting second unit for bedroom.

Wow can not believe how much heat this guy puts out for only 475 watts........They also could not make it any easier to install less than 5 min...... Thank you for a great heater!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery in a couple weeks. Arrived with everything needed and easy to install. Light weight and takes up a small profile on the wall. Placed in a small, distant bedroom 12x12. Turned up to max with door closed and over a 12 hr period had to turn it way down. This was during a cold period where outside temps. never got above 40 degrees f. Provides a constant heat with zero noise. Very impressed with quality and function. No noticeable difference in energy bill over a month period. So impressed I bought two more. Great for taking the chill out of a cold space in your home.
