Not sure about these other reviews, but we Got way more time than I wanted at first. Real simple. Plus it’s a month to month program. So if anybody else spent more than 500 with them that means they got extra time too. Lol

Company was very up front and honest…
Company was very up front and honest from start to finish.
I had to do very little in the process and they handled all paperwork and most of the filing. Client for 6 months.

They charge based on how much they can squeeze from a renter. They provide no information on the process and expect the customer to pay based on hope.

Awesome group of people and they helped…
Awesome group of people and they helped me out a lot. I was very nervous about the process but they did almost everything for me and all I had to do was follow their instructions and I got over 5 more months in the property rent-free and now I feel like I got a fresh start. Ask for Shawna when you call!

They WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY TILL THE SUMMONS OF THE COURT WAS FILED FROM THE COURTS ON EVICTION FOR 3 monTHS TAKING MONEY,WITHOUT SUMMONS THAT HAVENT BEEN SERVED FROM THE COURTS TO ME..AND THE LAST MONTH WENT CGARGED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I CALLED THEM SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING. YOU GUYS SCAMMED ME THIS TIME ILL NEVER USE U AGAIN GOD DONT LIKE UGLY YOU SCAMMERS AINT FILED NOTHING U OWE ME 720.00 dollars I WANT MY MONEY BACK
