Warning to All Traders

Warning to All Traders: Be Careful Before Paying Eiger Funded

I strongly advise anyone considering Eiger Funded to do thorough research before paying for an account.

I purchased a $300,000 Launch Offer account and experienced serious problems with my account and payout process. My accounts, 8880284 and 8880288, were eventually closed over alleged rule violations involving stop-loss requirements.

What concerns me most is the inconsistency and confusion surrounding the rules, account status, and explanations I received. I was previously informed that a backend error had affected my account and that the account had been restored. Later, I was told that the breach was final and could not be reversed.

I had to contact my payment provider and open a dispute to recover the $149 I paid. The money was eventually refunded, and my dispute was closed, according to the confirmation I received.

My message to other traders is simple: please be careful. Many people who pay for funded trading accounts are ordinary people working hard to support their families. Losing money over unclear rules or disputed account violations can have a real impact on their lives.

Read every rule carefully, save screenshots of your trading history and all support conversations, and never spend money you cannot afford to lose. Do not rely on promotional offers alone.

This review reflects my personal experience. I want other traders to know what happened to me so they can make an informed decision before paying.

SCUMMERS

Very interesting prop firm...They are changing challenge rules few times a week, thats very strange. Because of that my account was breached 2 times. After that I understood that there is no point to trade, you wont get any payout. There will be some new hidden rule which cancel your profit. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE!!!!

Scam!!!

They promise one free reset with launch offer but that's not gonna happen. They will ban You from telegram support if You start to ask about it. Human support is AI only and if You need to speak with anyone from the team, You will not have that chance. Waste of money overall!

BAD EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY!!

I bought a 300k account and lost it because of the SL rule that I didn't know and it was my fault. I reset the account, got to 9k profit and I usually use 50 lots entry on the NQ but last time I entered I wasn't looking at the lot size and I entered with 20 lots and after a few seconds I added another entry of 30 lots, I immediately tried to set the SL on both positions but the app was canceling one SL when I was entering the other one and then I got breached again. I spoke with support and told them everything that happened and this is what he replied "You're right, Severin. I can see it exactly as you said: the 20-lot entry went in at 08:02 with a stop-loss, and the 30-lot one followed a minute later at 08:03 without one. Your history also matches what you described, 50 lots on your usual entries. I've noted all of this and it's going to the team for review now." I really thought they'll do something about it but after one day he gave me this message "Severin, I've looked into it and the breach stands. The missing stop-loss on the 30-lot position within the window is what ended the account, so it can't be reversed." I asked for a free restart at least because it wasn't my fault but they don't care about that!
By the way, I wrote the same review on their website but they're not posting it so don't fall for their reviews.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PROP FIRM!
