I have tried almost every luxury skincare line available and consider myself an obsessive about skincare. So I bought the intensive moisturizer expecting something super hydrating and luxe. I was very disappointed. The jar is cheap PLASTIC with a top that is so hard to pull off it flies out of your hand every time. The cream is light but never feels like it absorbs into your skin and leaves a film on your face that pilled under my make up. The worst part of my experience was I left a kind but honest review on their site and they never published it. I also left a similar comment on their IG page about the cream and they blocked me from their account. My reviews and comments weren’t mean or untrue, they were just honest opinions about their cream. I felt that not publishing my review and blocking me from their Instagram account means that they don’t want anyone to read anything truthful. That comes off as not confident in their products. Beware of companies that do not want any honest critique or reviews seen… for the price of their product I do expect more. Not cheap plastic that is bad for the environment and a cream that is sub par with other brands.
