I meant to write this review a while back. I found ER to be very engaging and helpful, and even though I wasn't selected for interview by the client, they came back to me with constructive feedback, which with todays standards, made the difference.

I cannot recommend Sarah Knight from ER Recruitment highly enough. As a candidate, my experience with her was truly exceptional from start to finish.
Sarah's communication was absolutely brilliant – she was always incredibly responsive and kept
me fully informed at every stage of the process. I never had to wonder what was happening, as
her updates were timely, detailed, and clear.
What truly stood out was her perfect blend of professionalism and genuine human connection.
She was incredibly professional in all her dealings, but also deeply empathetic and understanding. It felt like she was genuinely invested in finding the right role for me, not just filling a vacancy.
Her knowledge and experience in the recruitment field were evident in every interaction. She

Absolutely first class! From being approached to being appointed Sarah was fab. 10/10 for communication, preparation, negotiation. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a first class recruitment company.
