I am waiting my lens for more than one month...Bad experience.

I bought a sony 55 mm f1.8 from this croud, came on time all correct.

However I will not buy a Camera from them. Their guarant issue is bit shady. For small items and other small things...it ok. Price are ok BUT NOT FOR A Brand new Fulframe camera.
I did sent them an e mail and ask them to get a local companies to give maintenace and guaraties but they said they dont have the budgate to do it.

I note another recent post about the truly awful srvice if under warranty. You can read my prior reviews but my item developed a fault well over 15 months ago and was sent for repair. I haven't seen it since and have had no refund. I now have no response to emails whereas for several months i was at least fobbed off with responses. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless prepared to lose your money (and item).

Purchased a 20mm lens and found it was faulty contacted them for replacement or repair. First they wanted me to get it repaired locally which I rejected. Returned the lens to them and now over 12 weeks later they are still saying it needs parts. This delaying tactic is how 12 weeks becomes 12 months.

Great Communication, Great Value Products. i recently purchased a Nikon z7II with 24 - 70mm lens from E-infinity. Everything arrived within 9 days. Well packaged and perfect. I have previously purchased a Sigma 150 - 600 mm lens from this company too and have nothing but good to say about this company. Would recommend to anyone looking for good value when buying photography equipment.

I recently purchased a camera and lens from e-infin and I am extremely impressed with their service. As soon as I placed my order, I received excellent communication and updates regarding my purchase. The customer service was first class, with any queries I had being answered promptly and professionally.

The delivery was incredibly fast, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there were no import duties to pay. The camera and lens were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I have used Einfinity before, but did so with more trepidation this time due to the mixed reviews they have been receiving of late. I ordered a Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S Lens and a Nikon NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S Lens, but bought the second after the first had arrived to manage my exposure. In each case there was a 6-day delay between ordering and getting the DHL tracking number, but both items arrived safely a few days after that - I didn't keep a record on the arrival dates but certainly not much more than 10 days from order to receipt. I was not concerned enough by the delays to feel the need to communicate with Einfinity so cannot review their responsiveness, but I would definitely use them again.

I have spent many £1000 with e-ininity over the years and would like to say they haven't let me down yet.....however...

i have given then 3 stars only on this occasion as i feel their customer service and communication skills has certainly slipped somewhat over the last couple of years.

Placed an order for a lens in total it has taken around 14 days to arrive (previous experiences were less than a week), having seen some of the most recent reviews where people say they have been "scammed" and nothing ever arrived, certainly got me a little worried, however having used these guys many times and always been spot on, o kept the faith and l went ahead due to the unbeatable prices...

I started being a little worried when comms was poor, I was having to chase for order status, etc etc, the tracking number they issues didn't work but in fairness this could be an error on royal mails part but the lens did arrive as promised 14 days later.

all i will say is don't be put off by some of the horror posts on here, however do expect poor comms and keep patient your package will arrive.

Ordered a Tamron lens from E-Infinity on 8th March. Prices were much better than anywhere else, and I was a little worried if my item would arrive. On 10th March I got a message saying it had been dispatched. It actually arrived on 17th March - so not too bad. Happy so far.

I ordered a Canon L Series lense which seamed TOO cheap. Ordered anyway and paid via. Paypal just incase. Lense arrived, perfect and absolute bargain!
