Excellent customer service

Impressive customer service , Emily from the customer service team went about swiftly resolving the battery replacement. Einhell is an excellent lawn mowing machine but the initial battery provided was probably faulty . After the battery was replaced, the desired results were achieved on a single battery charge.

The service team were brilliant

The service team were brilliant. Got my 7 year old scarifier up and running after 3 years in the garagenin 3 emails and a phone call.
Needed to fit a new carburetor which is a lifetime first for me but did it in 30 minutes following their instructions.

excellent customer service had minor problem with my lawn mower customer service arranged to pick it up free of charge and sent back repaired also free of charge and took only 5 working days cannot fault this service will continue to buy einhell products not only because there products are very good but faultless customer service so refreshing some companies still don't realise how important good customer service is

I contacted Einhell uk through email about a part that had broken on a product I bought. They were efficient and replied straight away . They sent the part through the post . Very happy with customer care.

Customer service to die for... so good!

Top product/s, purchased on eBay - very little use. 1 of the items developed a fault, well, literally just stopped working after a couple of uses. I got onto Einhell Support, via their website, and all sorted. No stress, so friendly and efficient! Others could learn a lot from these guys - will definitely be buying again ;-)

Lost safety key…

I lost the safety key for my Einhell cordless lawnmower. I had tried various ways of replacing it. I emailed Einhell directly and within 3 days the key was sent by post. What an incredibly kind and thoughtful company to have responded so quickly and attentively. I thank you again and again.

Appalling after service…..warranty not worth a carrot!

Bought a £300+ lawn mower, amongst other items in August 2023. Registered the warranty straight away.

One 4.0 battery has died and the other is tinkering on dying too (lights flash red and green on the charger and resetting doesn’t work).

Contacted Einhell 3 times via the contact centre and was told I need proof of purchase which I can’t get hold of as the company I bought it from only hold statements for 1 year. I still have the mower which I can prove and this (pictures) along with the warranty registration should suffice!

Einhell are a joke - if they want actual evidence of purchase (receipt) which should be part of the registration process and not something used against customers to ‘prevent’ the warranty being invoked - absolutely appalling!

I have 4 Einhell products and WILL NOT be buying anymore!

To process a warranty claim, we do require proof of purchase, as this is part of the legal process for verifying warranty coverage. Ecxellent service

Bought an Einhell cordless pressure sprayer in June 2025. Used to apply weedkiller and very happy with the performance. In September the spray wand developed some corrosion and started to leak.
Contacted Einhell customer service and was advised that I could return the whole unit to Amazon (where it was purchased) for a replacement or I could email the model number and the part required to them and they could check to see if they had one in stock. Send the email and within minutes received a reply saying that they had one and it was being despatched to me.
Excellent service. Quick and friendly

Can’t fault Einhell help in sorting out a broken mower speedy and very understanding fast and very efficient 😊😊😊😊 I must add that the broken wheels on my mower was my fault one happy lady as the mower back useable 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Impressed with build quality

Bought an Einhell electric mower very impressed with build quality and performance for price bracket and then bought the Einhell cordless chainsaw again impressed with build quality and price so decided to upgrade my old cordless drill driver bought the bare solo model and made use of the battery supplied with chainsaw am very happy on 3 counts and 10 year warranty on motor in solo drill driver.

I could not get your form completed to…

I could not get your form completed to claim the battery and charger. Email address repeatedly preventing my submitting the form reasons unknown.
I rang and spoke to Emily who was both courteous and understanding.
She suggested I supply the answers in an email to her address. She followed this up by confirming both extended warranty and successful promotion claim.
Frankly I almost expected aggravation but she was an absolute delight.

Missing part

Purchased an Einhell sliding mitre saw from

Rang Einhell UK customer services straight away, spoke to a lovely young lady called Emily who after sending an email with a photo of the said missing part and the machine ID plate got a replacement in the post to come in 2 days. I was having problems getting a refund…

I was having problems getting a refund following my cancellation of my order. After three attempts I got to speak with Candice who sorted out my refund within hours.
