Extreme Delays (9 to 19+ Months) and Failure to Deliver Access

I am sharing my regrettable experience with Einnovention (CEO Atif Garewal) regarding the development of my real estate website.

I fulfilled my contractual obligation by paying thousands of dollars and secured my rights by signing a formal Intellectual Property (IP) Assignment Agreement. This agreement explicitly confirms the complete transfer of all project rights and code to me.

However, Einnovention has created an untenable situation by refusing to surrender critical login credentials (for the server, hosting, admin panel, database, and code repository). This refusal effectively prevents me from accessing and utilizing the project for which I have fully paid.

The project schedule is another major point of concern: the original 9-month estimate has spiraled into over 19 months without resolution.

In addition, I have since discovered that Einnovention presents itself under several different company names (Ltd, LLC, Pvt Ltd, UK/US), but official records (such as the SECP in Pakistan and Companies Registry) UK and US show no valid registration for the claimed entities. This raises serious doubts about their legitimacy.

This deliberate withholding of essential access, despite the domain being registered in my name and all rights formally assigned, is causing severe financial and professional harm. I have escalated this ongoing dispute to Freelancer.com and my hosting provider, Contabo, and I am prepared to pursue all available legal avenues.

Warning to others: Based on my experience of broken deadlines, refusal to deliver access, and questionable company registration, I strongly advise prospective clients to be highly skeptical and proceed with extreme caution before engaging this company.
