We had an absolutely fantastic experience with EJ Payne who delivered and installed our new Platinum Spa hot tub. They also removed and disposed of our old hot tub, which made the whole process completely stress-free.

From the outset, when we contacted Platinum and were referred to EJ Payne, everything was handled brilliantly. We were contacted very quickly by Ricky, who came out to see us and talked us through everything clearly and professionally. Within just a couple of weeks, our new hot tub was delivered and installed.

The whole team were a great bunch of guys – friendly, professional, efficient and clearly very experienced. The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

A great company that we highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future when we can afford to upgrade to a swim spa. Top customer focus all round!

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service and technical know how was outstanding.

It's always difficult to know what to expect from a supplier, previous experiences with others have been mixed. However, my experience is that EJPayne are trustworthy and I would fully recommend them to anyone for any hot tub/swim spa/pool work.

And to top it off the price was very reasonable :)

Had a problem with our tub so contacted EJ Payne to get an engineer out. Nathan arrived on time and set to work diagnosing the problem. He took time to show me exactly what had failed, explained the detail behind the fix and set to work in the pouring rain repairing our tub. We're absolutely over the moon with EJ Payne's level of professionalism, from initial contact to a solid resolution - and we want to again mention Nathan, who we found to be a very polite, friendly and professional young man. A true credit to the business.

Had a problem with my hot tub which was purchased from ej Payne in 2021.Nathan arrived on time and in sub zero temp put a new impeller on my pump.highly recommended with the company and Nathan.hot tub back working in the snow....thank you Nathan

I've had my hot tub for nearly 5 years and the service I've had from the team at EJ Payne has been brilliant. I recently had my hot tub serviced by a young man called Nathan, he was very polite, thorough and professional. The hot tub looks like new. Thank you Nathan.

I purchased a new hot tub from a firm in Derby but as soon as i had issues they where very lacking on customer service. I came across E.J Payne by accident but from my initial telephone conversation till the completion of today tub service they have been fantastic. The cost I thought was expensive but when I see everything Steve don't today I must say it was outstanding value for 3 hours work Steve was both good at his job and a really nice guy. I could not recommend them more highly
