I have been dealing with EJ’s since they started.
I have been dealing with EJ’s since they started and its been encouraging and exciting to see the company grow. Ellis is not a family member of mine and I have only grown to know him since shopping at the store but he is an honest individual with a big heart and is always happy to help, get your problem sorted and provide a first class service. I like the ethos of being a caring customer orientated business rather than just make a quick sale and send you out the door. Prices are very competitive and recently getting a Firearms dealer status is great for local shooters in Kent since three other gun sale shops have closed.
I can totally recommend EJ’s and all the staff are very friendly and happy to see you. There is no stern faces and “how much do you want to spend” attitude when you walk in.
Go check them out, you wont be sorry.
As a constructive comment, you need to sort your website out to give a more informative buyer experience. Look forward to dealing with them over the oncoming years and congratulations with the business growth thus far…

For my first time entering the shop the staff were very welcoming. I brought my broken scorpion evo into the store after putting off fixing it for awhile as I thought it would cost more than I could afford at the time. They reassured me it wouldn't be an issue to fix and it would be done within 3 weeks, and to my surprise it was fixed earlier. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use EJs Pursuits again for any upgrades or issues I have.

I had brought in my airsoft shotgun and wanted to upgrade it to be HPA. They suggested range of products to use. They had even accounted for the budget I had set. After a few days, I had went back in and everything I had ordered was here. I am super happy with the service and staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience
Went into EJs today and met the new airsoft tech, the guy knew what was wrong straight away, and fixed my Tokyo mariu hk417, within the hour.
New tech knows he's stuff.
Highly recommend due to he's excellent diagnostic skills.
