Was absolutely thrilled with the Gucci watch I bought and the customer service . I was very nervous spending such a lot of money with a company I did not know but they were absolutely excellent . Don’t normally write reviews but just wanted others to be reassured this company is such a gem to find !

Only thing I would say is not all the watches come with the original box, as mine didn’t.
Would suggest for the price being paid that it be placed in a gift box, they are cheap enough and would also ensure safer transport than the watch being rolled in bubble wrap and padded envelope.
*editing to say there was an issue with the watch not working but Customer Service offered two options, partial refund and keep watch as is or return it to them to fix, or similar watch instead
