great tool for editing,fast and super easy to use,excelent costomer service

Hands down best app to get all your clips and edit them to perfection!

They are improving very well. The app still needs more work for bugs or crashes.

My honest experience with Eclipse.gg's AI clipping system:

The only feature that worked decently was the AI recognizing when I said “clip it.” Beyond that, the experience was disappointing. I didn’t want to be charged for another billing cycle, so I reached out to cancel immediately after I got billed. Despite contacting them right away, support took their time getting back to me. When they finally responded, I was told that since the payment had already gone through, there was nothing they could do — “policy.”

Apparently, their policy matters more than customer satisfaction. Disappointing.

The AI is good, some issue but can be ignored

Been using Eklipse.gg for the past 4 years it's been a great tool for streaming but you can upload only 3 times per day when it comes to videos premium members should have more then 3 uploads a day and none premium members should have the ability to upload at least 4 hours of video editing

Eklipse has clipped many vids that I'd never thought of clipping myself. The AI option to grab a clip and make it into something more is the cherry on top

So far so good the edits could be more precise with ai but it definitely saves me time

The quality of the videos are not that great and sometimes when you use the AI clip, it doesn’t add any memes or anything

I use to love the app but now it doesn't record all my gameplay I only get 1 or 2 videos and it's nothing happening in the videos I'm thinking about getting rid of it now

this was an amazing tool (so I thought) the FIRST time I was able to use it (sort of). I was testing it out before making decisions to spend my money on this monthly service.......it was nice for free accounts they allowed nearly unlimited auto processing for streams & VODs 3 hour or less.....I literally created a streaming schedule to match this so that I can get the help creating clips......fast forward 4 months & 0 clips have been auto-processed since the 1st time I used it....not only that it clips the most useless stuff, if you aren't playing COD or some shooting game.....the clips that I did get that first day weren't anything I'd put on anybody's social media.

Recently I went to get a clip of a 2.5 hr. stream where I was playing D2 & there weren't any, they no longer auto process and you are placed in a queue now. I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T SPEND MY MONEY with them, it's absolutely useless AND they change their policies and programs WITHOUT notifying account holders.

The clips are honestly not worth it. It would be less efficient but go to your own stream and clip things yourself. It captures the most useless, unneeded moments. The customer service bot "directs" you to an agent and they never reply so there is absolutely no customer service for this. To top it all off when I got my subscription for the premium it was advertised that you could partner with another twitch user on the eklipse platform and that turned out to be a lie.

My experience using Eklipse is excellent! If you're an up and coming content creaor, this will take you to the next level! Itll take your streams or videos and create clips or compilations! Great for growing you're community!

Auto clipping is great but the premium package costs way too much to be worth it

Waiting for more automation to be able to auto-post some content. I think this would be helpful for smaller streamers get some short-format content out there across platforms. AI Edit needs to be part of that automation to have the option to post some raw clips, but also AI edits that are more entertaining.

Right now, it's overwhelming with the clip generation and everything is quite manual to go from clips to publishing.

I love the idea of what you have going on, but I think you should train some creators to actively teach how to use this platform correctly as it can be very confusing for someone who isn't efficient with it and can scare new people easily. Having creators show their audience how they can easily automate the process AND navigate it I think is a something that could be worked on! It is an amazing platform that I use everyday and stand behind!
