Bad experience, not recomendable
I am very sorry to have to write this negative review. But I do give caution to others. Ordered item never arrived, in fact, it was returned to sender at half way due it seems to some paperwork problem or such (from Uk to European Union). I contacted Ekoface and only after many days there was an answer asking if I preferred refund or new shipping, to which I answered that I preferred refund. After that nothing from Ekoface, I sent 2 more emails. There is no way of contacting by telephone, only email to which they are not answering. No item, no refund, no answer.
UPDATE february 2nd 2026: after no answers to my mails ref refund, today I postal service brought packet: I had asked for refund (starintg dec 19th), several times, and never was told that they resent items, nor did they give me tracking number, nothing. Sorry but I still cant recommend this company.
