Sorted out smelly septic tank. Many others couldn’t. Knowledgable and easy to deal with. The problem was resolved within 24h only due to waiting on a part. The speed of work was also impressive. Highly recommend!

great for installs and upkeep
Ekoflow fitted my domestic pump two years ago. It recently began to operate intermittently. A visit was booked within 48hours, and Nathan came to fix the fault and gave the pump a total service. It's as good as new, maybe better. Ekoflow are clearly great for both installation and maintenance.

Ekoflow replaced our ancient septic tank with a sewage treatment plant three years ago - the installation was handled very efficiently and it has worked perfectly. Just had the third annual service and as always the engineer was very friendly and efficient. An excellent company to deal with.

Good on emptying, service charge a bit much for no service
We had our Klargester emptied last week and had booked in for a service while the technician was out. The emptying went fine but the technician could not perform the service as he could not see the soakaways (saying he would need to return with an excavator to find them, obviously costing a lot more). We happily paid for the emptying but when I called to query the full charge for a service that could not be performed, I was told that was the more cost effective option compared to a call out charge.
It does feel a bit much to be charged £210 for someone to open a manhole cover and have a glance inside before saying nothing can be done, so my advice would be to use Ekoflow for emptying and ask the technician on the day whether a service is possible before requesting that to be done separately.
EDIT: Following from Ekoflow, I can confirm they sent a revised invoice for half the price. I appreciate the gesture but I had already paid the invoice as per the advice from the customer service agent I spoke to on the phone.
