New Home with treatment plant
Recently moved into a property with a water treatment plant. After a few months we were getting a smell. We had little knowledge of how the system works and the dues and don’ts. We booked an engineer to come out. He went through with me step-by-step how the system works and all the things that we should and should not be using. This is to keep the system working properly. They also emptied and cleaned out the system. It’s not too expensive to have a service, empty and clean. The engineer managed to book us last minute to get the tank emptied. As he wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us going forward.
All in all excellent service thank you.

Sewage Treatment Plant emptied and serviced for its first annual service. Ekoflow contacted us to arrange this. It was emptied first then serviced. The engineers were faultless and a report followed the same day.
