I am delighted with the self raising lid on my kitchen bin.

Great bin, quick delivery.

They are lovely bins - this is my third one now and realised I have spent £450 on them which I think is a bit pricey for a bin.

However, I love the 80l one that I got as well as the 20 x 20 recycling one.

The caddy I ordered arrived damaged. It was easy to email Ekohome who responded instantly, guided me through the process and swiftly replaced the damaged item. I am pleased with the caddy, which is a neat design giving easy to use kitchen worktop waste disposal.

We needed a food waste bin of a size to fit in a pull out drawer in our kitchen. The EKO bin fits exactly and the opening is exactly where we need it to be. The quality of the bin is excellent and I love the colour.

Love the sensor bin bought for the bathroom. Just the right size, and nearly silent in operation. This one is rechargeable and we’ve had it several weeks and not had to charge it yet.

This is the best bin I've ever had. Like the touch-free opening. It looks stylish in my new kitchen and fits with the decor perfectly. Wish I had found this sooner, well worth the price.

The scent capsules are okay but personally I’d prefer a stronger scent. It’s quite subtle.

I ordered a kitchen bin and needed it urgently. The order was speeded up by customer service and it was delivered even earlier than promised - very impressive, especially in August when some things slow down.

On asking advice from EKO in regards to my bin lid not opening, on giving them a copy of my receipt and a video of the problem, the identified the issue and sent a replacement pedal along with a you tube video on how to replace the pedal! Now fully working again! Efficient customer service… thank you

Beautiful bins and beautiful customer service. I am a proud owner of a beautiful EKO bin and after 18months the hatch on the lid got broken and the EKO team sent us a new hatch within a few days. Their communication was fast and considerate and problems solved in no time. I am impressed! The EKO bin not only looks good as new in my kitchen, but it also works efficiently as ever.
