They've got cheap fireworks and it arrived in time.

Total scam. I orderded the 15 december we are the 30 december and i still receive nothing.
Amateurs.

Order from ekopyro.eu it said that order will come till 19.12 but today is 29.12 and it still didnt arrive. Watched tracking number it said it was shipped on 23.12. But still nothing Order number: 2025091039 .

Orders are always perfect with 0 mistakes, customer support is very helpful and will solve any issues whithin a very reasonable time, order delivery is fast, pyro options great, over all ekopyro is probably the best pyro shop for europe on the Internet

The fireworks themselves arrived in good condition, without any visible damage, which I consider a positive thing. However, the condition of the sparklers was all the more disappointing, as they were in a disastrous state. The sparklers arrived completely crumpled, bent, and clearly destroyed, with damaged combustible material. The packaging of the sparklers itself was crushed and crumpled right in the box, so it is clear that the damage did not occur during transport, but as a result of gross negligence in packaging or handling on the part of the seller. From my point of view, this is a product that does not meet the quality standards of a new product, and I do not recommend this product in this condition. This is a serious failure of quality control and packaging. I would expect better packaging, quality control, and compliance with basic safety standards. It is unacceptable for a pyrotechnic product to arrive at the customer in this condition. While I rate the fireworks positively, I rate the sparklers as a total failure.

I had done a order On 12/15/2025 12/17/2025 I received an email saying that the The order was shipped and was expected to be delivered in 2-5 business days. After waiting for ten days, I still haven't received the emails I received an email saying my order hadn't been processed and I hope (leaving me with nothing to celebrate New Year's Eve) they couldn't have told me before that the order hadn't been shipped? (Since they also told me that the package was shipped on 12/17/2025.) I advise against buying from people like that. They ruined my Christmas and New Year holidays

I ordered something for 45€ and they said that it will be 100% safe that the order arrives before New Year's Eve, I ordered the 16th of December, and today is the 28th and I'm still waiting for an update, I wrote them per email and they said: "Hello,
The package was shipped from our warehouse on December 17, 2025. It should be scanned by the delivery service, Packeta, today or at the latest tomorrow. "

Yeah mate, it's been 11 fricking days, I didn't got a minimal update. Now they are just ignoring E-Mails. The delivery service is so ass, like wtf is even ""Zasilkovna"", not even the Creator of this logistics knows what he created. That's why most of the seller uses DPD in Czech Republic. And no, i Will never change this review, even if I get my package before New Year's Eve (pretty impossible, even if I pray 11 different God's).

I ordered and they sent me a mail that they would ship my package in 1-2 days but they didn’t send it for 8 days counting and I am getting no answer on emails and calls.
I’m worried that I am not getting my order on time or not even getting it

Good website, my order did got canceld but i got informed about that so thats good, they didnt respond to my other emails or Instagram and because those 2 things it’s a 4 and not a 5 star

Made an order on the 15.12.2025 and got an email saying I was getting a tracking number in the next 7 working days, after the payment was received.
I didn’t get any message from the shipping company and on the 25.12.2025 I’ve sent an email stating that I didn’t get any news from the shipping company. I got my package delivered on the 26.12.2025 and I got an email on the next day from EkoPyro Support Team saying I was getting a full refund and apologising for the inconvenience.
This is a perfect example of a company that cares about their clients and makes the communication with them so easy and accessible.
The package arrived well and with the correct products on it. Just hope everything works well, which I have a feeling it will. I’ve already sent an email saying the product arrived well and that a refund won’t be necessary, obviously.
I will be purchasing more stuff from them in the future, due to the quality and professionalism shown from the team👍

i got a wrong packges and i paid 115€ i got a 50€ or 40€ packges i email them and call nothing i only try and try they dont call back or email back me such a big scam wanted a nice new year but got more of sad if i dont get my correct ordear not buying never in that place again last year i got my correct packges but this year i got scammed of ekopyro. waiteded a week and more but still says ordear paid

Order was paid, but delivery was delayed.
No confirmation email, no tracking number, and phone calls were not answered.
The order status stayed as “paid” for several days.
