Wrong product description/ Customer Service not Client friendly
Ski googles being described on the internet side as photochromic. Salomon sells ski googles in this category with and without this feature (both around €250). Once delivered, the product was identified by me as being not a photochromic google. Questioned about the discrapany Ekosport is writing that they will correct the description and propose to reimburse only the price of the product (discounted price) but not the very expensive delivery and return costs of around 20€. This is a no go as it is clearly an error of Ekosport (wrong an misleading description). Aside from that, the price of the product falls around 23€ with a corrected description. As a consequence, I will keep the googles (Salomon googles are good in this price category), cancel my account with EKOSPORT. So clearly, before you buy identify at 150% that the product matches your expectations. Otherwise, it will cost you at least 20€.
