Two days (read almost 48 hours after ordering) after ordering running shoes I receive an email the shoes are not available anymore. Why can I order those shoes then on the website and, taking into account that sometimes technical issues occur, why does it take so long before you notice you don't have the product on stock? Does it really take almost 48 hours before starting to process an order?
According to the email received it will take quite some time to have the money refunded as well, 'the refund has been requested to the accounting department', doesn't really sound like it's coming any day soon.
Don't waste your time with this webshop, much better and faster alternatives available.
Never going to order there again.

After a month I have still not received my package. Customer service is appalling with no suggestion as to a resolution. Instead I’m told ‘I will have to wait for it to be delivered’. Luckily I paid with a credit card so hoping to raise a dispute with my provider. I would not use this company again.

I've received my order, as ordered. Which was great as some negative reviews made me nervous. But the status of my delivery was unclear. When approaching customer service by phone (via the Dutch number on their website), you get disconnected after a short message. Which is annoying and I am pretty sure you cannot even contact the company by phone at all (which is not allowed in the Netherlands). I've noticed they don't respond to complaints at all online.

So, my conclusion. Yes I've got my item in perfect condition. But I would strongly suggest paying with creditcard or PayPal in case you don't receive your item. Then you will be able to get your money back! Because don't expect customer service.

Quick delivery. Item is perfect. I will definitely use Ekosport again.

Skis were in perfect condition with the fixations fitted perfectly. The speed of delivery was super quick. Thank you for such a great service.

The item came damaged I bought a Suunto 9 watch on 28.08. I do the return on 07-08, I do the return on the page with the photos of the item sent, the customer service does not answer the phone and the return is canceled!!!!! Are you a serious company???

I ordered a new ski jacket for next season at a great price.
Delivery was quick and efficient. I was kept aware of the progress throughout delivery process.
Will continue to use the site.

First time I get next day delivery in France. And price was great. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a pair of Salomon Mid Gortex boots on Sunday 10th June, they were already discounted when the site offered me an extra 15% off discount. For a pair of boots that are £170 RRP. Including postage they cost me £119. I was told to expect them within 5 working days. They arrived on Saturday 17th June, lovely boots everything I wanted just in time for Glastonbury Festival.

Ordered quickdraws. I haven't received them yet - they haven't even been dispatched - and so I've had to buy more elsewhere. Customer service has been a poor experience.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with , sent out wrong size shoes at £100 asked them if they could send out correct size , replied oh sorry we don’t have that size in stock , said they would refund in 2 days which they didn’t. Now said we need to wait for returned parcel , they organized a courier, which I had sent . Now seems lost and no refund what the hell 🤬🤬🤬

Nightmare, ordered skis 3 weeks before going to Canada , their courier who they chose has lost the order , can’t get refund or replacement, customer service says u should be ‘patient’ for a month, avoid at all costs

Just an update , now over 4 weeks and still nothing, no contact from Ekosport even after their flowery reply on this site, no skis, no replacement and no refund. Should charge them interest on having my money for over a month.

How can they run an e-commerce site like this? Again I would avoid

I had a disappointing experience shopping on Ekosport.

Although their prices are good, and they offer a broad selection of products, they failed to process my refund even though it has been 21 days since they received the product. They do not respond to my emails. Despite quick delivery, the complete lack of contact makes it hard to recommend this store.

Overall, my experience with Ekosport.be was unsatisfactory and left me feeling frustrated. Hope I will get my money back at some point...

Quick delivery even from France to Estonia, product are what they are supposed to be.

Ordered 2 sets of skis and a helmet. Delivery to the UK arrived with 5 days and all products are exactly as advertised. Great prices.

Sent me the wrong boots and wrong product. It was minor so did not notice at the time. I figured out after the 14 day period and they are causing an issue. Will have to go through my bank.

Awful customer experience - avoid if you can.

I have returned an item, the tracking clearly states it has been collected their end yet they will not refund the money. They say they have contacted the courier, but the item has been delivered. Getting nowhere with a refund.
