I needed Microsoft Office for school and EK Software had what I needed. Transaction was flawless and software was delivered electronically for convenience. When it was time to install it was as easy as clicking on the link. EK stayed in communication with me via email to assure that everything was problem free. My experience purchasing software was excellent. I had a question which was promptly answered through the chat feature and then I had my software installed and working in a few minutes. I will definitely come back for any other software needs that arise.

I was so glad to find a "one and done" Microsoft 365 package. After I downloaded it, very easily, I might add, I received an e mail to just check in, make sure I had everything ok, and was told to please contact if I ever have an issue. Very good customer service, and product is great too.

I am not very tech savvy but found the installation of the digital purchase of the home office version very simple. I was so glad because after switching computers, I found that the word documents (and there were so many) I transfered couldn't be accessed except for viewing. Now I can use them again. Thanks!

I found that my purchase of Microsoft Office from Eksoftware was not only very reasonable in terms of value but, also simple to install and begin to use immediately. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Exception service from Carl who quickly and efficiently identified the software issue and corrected the problem. I am very impressed with the level of service received from him as well the responsiveness of those that I contacted initially via phone. I am very pleased with my overall buying experience and would highly recommend it to others (which I have done!).

I ordered the digital copy of the 2010 Microsoft Office Professional software for our in-house accountant. I know it's a bit older, but it was specifically requested. The pricing was the best we found, and it arrived within minutes of ordering it. Installation was super easy and we couldn't be happier. Also, Eksoftware has been so supportive and immediately sent a follow-up email to make sure we were satisfied and to let us know they were there if we needed any help. I was skeptical using a company that operates completely remote. Also it listed it's address as Portland OR. The business address is in Washington . Read a lot of reviews about the one time download software with wrong licenses. After talking with them and getting many questions answered I ordered 2 MS Office Home and Student packages. I have downloaded both and have had no problems with them. The layout for Windows 11 software is very different than for 10, which is what I am used to, but with more use the navigation is becoming more familiar. Over all I am very pleased with my purchase and the people I dealt with at Eksoftware. I would recommend them to anyone. I am a novice with the computer and the conversation was put at my level. I appreciated that very much. Good company. Good people.

I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student. The purchase and digital delivery of the software was easy and install was seamless. EK is a great company to get your necessary programs through.

You advertised Microsoft Word (standalone) software and when I downloaded the product It was Microsoft Office and that is not what I needed even though you may think that was a better deal for me. If you can remedy this I would be grateful.

Pretty decent customer support & easy step- by step download and installation steps are explained , I finally managed to buy official MS office package online, as this is one of the few websites that allow buying from my country " Iraq" I am very happy with the experience and all the programs are working splendidly so far , this definitely won't be my last purchase

I bought the Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Student (Mac) on 1/25/22, the Chat service from Eksoftware was excellent and the price is very good, I got the product within 30 minutes, installation was a breeze, no problem at all. This is the first time I have install Microsoft Office on my MacBook Pro. I love it.

I have been using Microsoft Office on PC for decades but I am new to a Mac. It is a seamless transition to Mac. Now I do not need to use LibreOffice any more.
