Holds seven normal cards - no way you would get 14 in there unless they were thin cardboard. This fact is hidden in the small print at the bottom of their website. Wallet is OK but advertising is misleading.

I ordered 3 vacuums and 5 bags for Christmas gifts. The vacuums and bags worked as advertised. They are easy to use, and are definitely worthwhile, especially when packing winter gear. Unfortunately one of the bags I received was faulty - it was leaking air, but I was able to email a video where you could hear the air leak and the customer service team have sent out a replacement bag. So other than it was a bit inconvenient one bag was faulty, the purchasing and product, along with dealing with customer service have been great and I would recommend the products and company.

I ordered the new MagSafe wallet that said it would hold up to 17 cards. I get the wallet after spending $130 and see it only holds 7. The website at the time did not specify you would need to buy and extender for another $40. Highly disappointed

I purchased a wallet that I needed exchanged. I reached out to Ekster and asked them to replace it. Without any hassle or anything I submitted a picture of the product and my proof of purchase, and sent a replacement. Shout out to the customer care team! A great company with great products! Ive bought several wallets from Ekster and can say I am a long term customer because of their courteous service and slick wallets!

After a lot of reviews and videos I made the commitment to myself to invest in an Ekster. While I was hooked on the minimalist wallet tech the ones I tried were disappointing and lacked the ease and feel they all advertised. In less than 10 minutes of handling my new Ekster I knew I had made the right investment in this tech. I was for the first time able to deploy and get whichever card I needed in my card holder and the cash clip held cash without concern of loss. The finder card works perfect with my iPhone. All of this “as advertised” came true! Superior product!!! Premium feel

I ordered for Christmas, sent a few emails after the delivery tracking stopped updating from Dec 16th. It is now Jan 5th and having admitted the delivery was lost have not sent a replacement. Meanwhile I'm getting daily promotion emails from them. All interaction with them feels automated. The reviews on the site are very misleading.

I daily carried an Ekster wallet beginning in 2021. Unfortunately one day, in a combination of it being cold and me using gloves a little roughly, I broke the mechanism on my wallet after 4 years.
This time I wanted to upgrade to the new magsafe compatible wallet to go with my phone. I purchased a large order with all the accessories early december 2025.
Unfortunately DHL never delivered the package. After verification on the DHL website, I contacted Ekster at their recommendation. Ekster was quick to replace the order in full with expedited delivery with no hassle.
The new wallet is extremely solid. The mechanism feels sturdy and I look forward to being able to maintain it. The accessories snap on well, although I do wish they had magnets on both sides of everything, rather than just one. This is easily fixed with some additional magnets however.
Their customer service was great for something out of their control. I look forward to their future products.

Bought the Ekster Parliament wallet for my father. It served me him, but after about 2 years, the wallet failed to eject cards properly. $100 for a wallet that lasts two years is unacceptable. Warranty request was automatically denied. I bought a double oak essentials wallet around the same time for myself and it is still going strong. Maybe not the right purchase, especially since customer service is not helpful.

I purchased Ekster Card Holder.
After I received it, it appeared that it was not OK for my needs- I use also cash and there were not enough space for the bills.
I contacted the support and then Maia appeared- the best support ever! :)
After some emails exchanged, we agreed that I can ship the card holder back and receive an Ekster wallet instead.
I would definitely recommend brands like Ekster- great looking product and great support at the same time.

Specifically for the Ekster Senate Slim Card Wallet, the card mechanism isn't able to accommodate a metal card like the Chase Sapphire Reserve, which is a bit heavier than a typical plastic credit card. Ekster's mechanism to retain cards is flexible bumps/projections lining the sides. Unable to hold the Sapphire Reserve, I've nearly lost the card several times, saved by honest onlookers who saw it fall and grabbed it for me. After 4 months of use, the ejecting mechanism broke. There's a small plastic arm that pushes up the cards when the button is pushed, and the arm snapped off (perhaps due to the heavier weight of the sapphire reserve card).
Ineligible for the warranty, Ekster offered to cover partial cost of a replacement. Hoping it fairs better.

This is a great concept, and I purchased the TravelPack™ Vacuum Kit with two bags. They’re well-made and feel durable. The only downside is that the small vacuum isn’t quite powerful enough on its own, so I have to press down on the bag while vacuuming to remove all the air. Aside from that minor issue, these are solid, durable bags and work as intended.

Bought the ekster cardholder wallet 3 years ago and it has been great i still use it to this day, i came back to write this review because of the excellent customer service, i contacted them to see if i could get a replacement band for the outside of the wallet, and they sent me an entire new wallet even though my warranty was expired!
