Amazing product and incredible customer service

Such amazing service and quick response to my concern. Valentina kept me appraised of everything while my concern was being addressed. Cannot say enough positive things about the whole interaction and I have let many people know about what a great response I received from Valentina and Ekster. My replacement wallet arrived very quickly and you have gained a customer for life.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company

I bought a wallet with a life time warranty and had a problem with it and they with no questions asked offered me a replacement or store credit with in a very acceptable time frame have nothing but good things to say about this company some people say they are expensive but in this case you get what you pay for and you pay for quality and customer service

Ekster is really an amazing product!

This product, and company is a 10/10. The product is extremely high quality, i've had stuff vaccum packed for months without letting any air in, the bag is a very nice tough material, and the vaccum is small and super powerful. Their customer service is also amazing, they send a replacement within days when I showed them an Issue.

Quick customer service

I had an issue with an order I had placed on the compression bags for packing. I sent a few pictures and without any hesitation, they replaced them with no cost. It was great and it was quick and I would highly recommend them. Customer service was fast. The product was good now that I got a replacement without question I would recommend them.

Ok but reversed a documented replacement claim

Purchased after viewing a number of YouTube reviews.

Item works ok however has a rattling noise which is quite loud, had and excellent response from customer service who advised that I will get a replacement without having to return item. A few days later a representative has advised that the issue is by design because it is metal and offered 10%.

This is unacceptable if a replacement was agreed which I have in writing via email correspondence.

Since raising this with Ekster, I now have radio silence.

I got my Ekster in Christmas of 2024…

I got my Ekster in Christmas of 2024 and just recently it fell apart. Knowing the "lifetime" warranty I contacted them and was told I needed the order number from the product to get a replacement wallet. Who keeps an order number from such a purchase for two years? I've received some email correspondence but can't understand with someone can't reach out with a phone call to clear things up. I really like the product but customer service is horrible!

Lifetime Warrantee - quick response to provide a replacement

My mag-pro card holder broke and I quickly explained what happened and provided my order info and photo of the broken product and they promptly shipped a new one :)

Excellent product

Excellent product. Got rid of my other minimalist wallet. The Ekster wallet pro has beautiful genuine leather and easy retractable cards. As a Canadian, I am avoiding all USA purchases (sorry - but get rid of Trump and we will be back). I made an exception this time because of the quality product. Also amazing customer service.

I bought an Ekster wallet 2 years ago…

I bought an Ekster wallet 2 years ago more or less. The elastic band has worn out over time (I think it didn't like seeing river water to be honest). I reached out to support and they went above and beyond my expectations and replaced the whole wallet.

Now I have two I'm giving the old one away for a family member to try. If they like it we'll get them a new one.

I can confidently say that when I need to buy a new wallet I am looking to upgrade from the Cardholder to the Ekster Wallet Pro.

Outstanding Customer Service with Gold Star Communication!

I bought the Modular Bifold wallet in January 2025 and had an issue with the magnetic card sleeve, I sent an email to Ekster support along with photos. I was not sure what might happen. Within two days I had received both a confirmation of my concern and then a warranty approval which included my options. The process was quick and the resolution was perfect. Ekster customer service proved to be outstanding.

Reliable products and responsive support

I have bought a few of their products and have never been disappointed.
Their customer service, which I needed at one point, is great—very responsive and helpful.
Maybe a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the quality consistently excellent.

Ordered travel pack vacuum kit

Ordered travel pack vacuum kit. It was delivered to the wrong home. On track was unable to locate and told me to reach out to Ekster. This issue was on shipping company’s error. I sent the shipping information to Ekster, they responded immediately and shipped the travel pack vacuum kit again. I was so grateful for their immediate response and friendly communication along with shipping my missing item that was of no fault of their own. Thank Paolo. I purchased the Cardholder Pro for my son for Christmas. While he was visiting us a few weeks ago the cash band broke. I went to the Ekster website and followed directions for a warranty claim submission. I took a couple of pictures of the failed band, attached the photos to my email and sent it in. A day or two later I was contacted by Julieta of Customer Support who assisted me in getting a replacement at no charge. I admit not having a phone number to call or a person to speak to didn't set well with me but the process went well. I received my replacement a few days later at no cost to me. Thanks Julieta

Getting it right

I’ve bought and used several card wallets over recent years. Then found Ekster. After a couple years of heavy use, a screw has come loose on the card ejector. I contacted cs and long story short, they took care of me. As good as it gets, the team at Ekster got it right.

Slim, solid, very happy with the cardholder.

Saw the ads, did the research, bought the standard card holder. Didn't get on with the card release catch at first - too stiff and clunky. Wrote to them to return it, but after playing with it a little more I decided to keep the item and wrote again to see if I could cancel the return. Understandably it was a bit late - this is all in a matter of a few days - but once the actual return had been generated Ekster were able to then cancel it. Happy with the item: it's replaced my old wallet, it's slim, tough and things move when you click a switch...I like gadgets! The strap seems tight enough, I have a few cards under the back plate - although I think if I had many more there they might move around a little when it's being used, I feel they would still be secure enough. Very happy with the customer service too. Considering getting the tracker card, and perhaps more to give as gifts.

The customer support was just amazing. They were very quick to respond and sort out my query. The wallet seems really good, how it holds up would depend on a more long term usage, but they look really classy and good build.
