Scam, Doesnt work. Wont refund money.

Abysmal software. Even worse customer service. For a useless product. Absolute scammers. Now trade as Ektora.com - do not waste your money, or prepare to be disappointed.

Worked for 5 minutes then stopped. I've emailed support 5 times over the past 3 weeks and have had zero response. At this point it would appear it's a scam.

Absolutely not as advertised. It doesn't work at all and it is so poorly made that you have less work to do by liking manually on INSTAGRAM.

When I tried to restart the program, it said it was not working due to an internal error. A complete SCAM.

They propose to insert you in beta testing in exchange for a 5 stars review here on Trustpilot a day after purchase, so you SHOULD NOT believe any positive feedback here. It comes all from people hoping for an improvement to this absolutely crapy software.

Fake software DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS A SCAM!!!

They do what they say

Ektor is fake. The screenshot on landing page is not real. They never respond to support queries or take weeks making it useless. You cannot update the app after you download. There is nothing such as beta program that they advertise.

All in all, it's a perfectly crafted scam.

Easy to use and trustworthy. No spam, genuine activity and engagement.

UPDATE ---The tool never really worked, and in fact I don’t use it anymore. I had applied for reimbursement but I never got a reply from the administration. To avoid, really an experience to forget....
OLD REVIEW It is just 2 hours that i am using the tool, i have some problems with mixed beta action, perhaps it is not for basic users???

It worked well for 2 weeks, but then stopped. I reached out, but no response.

I do not understand social media, but I have some AI knowledge. This is a great application of AI and really saves me time to focus on things that really matter!
The installation was straightforward and it is pretty easy to use.

I purchased the product earlier this year after researching into automation, where they clearly had affiliate marketing websites refer their product. However once purchase I soon realized the product did not in fact work and upon emailing customer service, received no support and was told I was unable to obtain a purchase as I can only get one if my Instagram account gets deleted which is quite frankly ridiculous and extreme considering I use Instagram for business purposes. They did not respond to any of my queries regarding why the software did not work and did in fact sell me an obsolete product which they confirmed on email but would not let me have a refund. I went through PayPal where sadly they didn’t help me in terms of getting my refund. So I would say to anyone looking to purchase ektorio please do not make the same mistake I did where I thought they was reputable but are selling obsolete products for extortionate prices and providing no alternative no refund or support once purchase as they do not care once they have your money.
